I love my apartment. The location is quite peaceful. Then we have a sweeet convenience store in walking distance. Awesome walking trail with a pond about half a mile back and I believe a couple other little parks nearby. We are also located near lots of great food and shopping.
Pool is nice and the gym is pretty decent too. If you simply must have access to more gym equipment, there is a planet fitness on the other side of El Dorado past HEB.
These apartments are newer but you never know how the last tenant or your neighbors live so I encourage you to purchase roach baits! At least 12 and put them in every corner including cabinets.
Check your washers and dryers upon move in. When I first moved in, my washer was DISGUSTING and full of buildup and it had to be replaced.
If you move here with dogs and plan to not pick up after them, rest assured a description of you and your dog will be reported to the office along with the building I see you enter.
The amount of new tenants that have moved in with their dogs and simply won’t pick up after them is quite unsettling.
Y’all should take pride in the community you pay to live in. I have already begun picking up after trifling neighbors and they will also be reported as well. The pet waste receptacles are barely being used, so if I see you walking with no bags I will assume you left poop behind.
Parking gets a bit tricky after 6pm so if you’re lucky enough to grab a unit with an available garage, carport or reserved uncovered spot, grab it because those long work days and then coming home to a long walk from the back will make your residency here less enjoyable.
I’ve also seen people state reserved parking isn’t “clear” and they’ve been towed. It is quite clear. All spots are available EXCEPT for the ones that are clearly labeled overhead or on the ground. Pay attention and you won’t lose your car and be sure to ask leasing where visitor parking is when you sign your lease.
🚩🚩🚩 The constant turnover in property management should tell you everything you need to know. Tenant concerns are not handled to the standard you would expect, also they’re never on the same page in the office. The overall living experience falls far short of what this property markets as “luxury.”
Police are called to the property weekly for altercations, including domestic violence incidents and noise complaints, and even homeless individuals swimming in the pool.
Luxury? Where? The marketing paints one picture, but the reality of living here tells a very different story. Between the recurring disturbances, management turnover, and overall tenant experience, this property has been a major disappointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I lived her for two years and had no issues until I moved out and new management took over. They did not provide me the itemized billing statement and took my deposit. I have yet to resolve this as I have constantly dismissed by the regional manager who happens to be the property manager one site, United Apartment Group doesn’t care.
Living here has been an absolute nightmare. I have lived here for 3 years, and in that short time, they have switched apartment management companies 5 different times.
Because of this constant chaos, the office is incredibly incompetent. They have messed up my financial ledger 4 times this year, managing to charge incorrect amounts and causing headache for me to have to go in to get them to fix it.
The office staff Janice is highly unprofessional; they actively avoid phone calls and do NOT reply to emails ever, interrupt you when you try to explain an issue, and seem to have zero desire to actually help.
This property participates in the Public Facility Corporation (PFC) program, which is supposed to offer affordable housing. Instead, they used this to skyrocket my rent from $1,300 (previous contract amount before program) to over $1,650+ for a simple one-bedroom apartment.
Rotten Egg Water The water in my apt constantly stinks like rotten eggs / sulfur. When I submitted maintenance requests, I was dismissively told it is "unfixable" and blamed on a city issue. I don't even drink the water or use it for cooking because it stinks so bad.
The property upkeep is terrible. The hallway light has been broken for months, they tried to fix it by literally putting tape on it and of course it fell again... There is roofing material literally hanging down that has never been repaired, and they went months without cutting the grass!!
There are days where there is zero available parking, forcing you to sit in your car waiting for someone to leave just to get a spot. To make it worse, the property will aggressively tow its own residents despite failing to provide enough spaces.
There is also bugs. I've had infestation of ants coming in from the walls and other bugs come into my unit on different occasions
Save your sanity, your money, and your safety. Look anywhere else.

Do not move into this apartment unless you want to pay excessive fees!!! My base rent is $1200, but over $250 in fees every month for absolutely nothing. The trash is always overflowing, the stairwells are absolutely disgusting with black stains, the noise level is out of control, there is no way to get your packages even though you pay a fee for the package room, and the staff talks in circles and has no real solutions to any of the issues. Save your time and money and find somewhere else to live. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up.
