  We met Diane when attempting to purchase a piece of property near downtown Fredericksburg a year or so ago. Unfortunately, that property didn't end up working for what we were looking for as we had some very specific requirements that had to meet a particular budget. Following that interaction Diane never stopped keeping her ear to the ground and providing us with details of new properties that could possibly fit our needs. In May she found one that sounded very promising so we headed down from Dallas to take look at it, along with several other possibilities. Diane had everything scheduled and walked each property with us, giving us her local insight. She always followed up with research regarding exemptions, deed restrictions, or answers to all the questions we threw her way. The property she originally presented turned out to be the one we really wanted but it needed a lot of negotiating to get to a place where both us and the seller were happy with the transaction. Diane facilitated all of this professionally and promptly. We are now the elated owners of a small piece of the Fredericksburg area thanks to Diane's persistence and assistance. Thank you Diane.

  Diane was there for us when we had questions on the process and through some twists and turns along the way! She was very patient with our house during a challenging market and promoted the strengths of our property that may have been overlooked by others. If I had to do this again, she would be the one I would call!
