    This is a really nice planned subdivision. The 4 stars 🌟 are because the primary closets are smaller than we expected. We prefer French doors or sliding glass doors from the family room to the backyard and porch areas. The representative was polite and patiently showed us 2 single story homes for us to consider. Hopefully, the HOA will provide a community pool house/ pool/ park /cookout spaces and a wide bike trail. We look forward to seeing the progression.

    They are some of the worst builders. Do your research before buying Pulte. They build some of the worst quality homes.
