    I live in this community for almost two years but only see discrimination. I’ve been dueling for roaches; I communicate with them, they send fog treatments but wasn’t sufficient, after one treatment they gave me charge. After I decided to work hard on my hands by starting to spray on my hands. After I have renewed my lease, sign documents now they forcefully cancel the renewal lease form after I decide to give sometimes. I checked on neighbors, but I’m the only person being done this. Only said God will defend me 😌

    Didn’t have hot water for 3 months. Management said boilers were broken and made no efforts to get it fixed. They would become aggressive and unprofessional when I was brought up. Toilet did not work for half the lease. Doors were hanging off hinges.

    Poor communication to their residents. Edit to the response: I HAVE reached out via text, email, and phone, several times for several things, with lack of responses. It is also management’s responsibility to reach out to and follow up with residents when there is an issue, such as lack of water, closed pool, staff unavailable, etc. Again, the lack of communication is the issue, nothing more to discuss.

    I lived here for about 3 years and here what I have to say. This place isnt that bad I had a great experience with the people in the community and met a couple of great neighbors. My issues is the staff in person they are super helpful but when I call them it seems like they never want to pickup the phone. If they do I don't get a call back when the person doesn't know the answer. I placed a maintenance for the tub lining started cracking and it was closed with nothing ever being done, that happened 3 times. Had to go in to get an answer because no one answered the phone. Edit guess they really dont want pickup the phone, dropping from 3 to 1 because this is very unprofessional tried reaching out even after this giving a benefit of a doubt and still no one picks up still haven't got a call back and now they are trying to double charge me for my final rent.
