  This apartment complex is literally the worst place you could move, they don't allow you to see units you are moving into, then when you do you are stuck with a absolutely god awful and unacceptable excuse of what should considered a viable living space. Then if you notate any issues, management and the mantainance crew dont even bother to do do anything about, pest control company won't due proper spraying, and the facilities you pay for aren't worth anything. This apartment complex is dilapidated, and should honestly be condemned and completely rebuilt with as many flagrant code issues it has. And theres a 99% chance your walls and vents are probably filled with a combo of mold and roaches. Can not forget to mention the homeless people camping in the park directly behind the complex, digging through the trash, just adds to the ambience of this place absolutely being the worst place to live. No security with gates that are supposed to protect residents as they have never worked. So once again absolutely do not move here. I had to file a complaint with code enforcement via the city, and report the mold issue to the state of Texas before they even began to act concerned, about things that should have been fixed before moving in, thousands of dollars in items to just be tossed due to not wanting to carry the infestation when we moved. If you like gross and disgusting, then you will love it here at the Tides on Avril!

  If I could give -0 starts I would. I originally had made a post about how they don’t communicate with nobody WHAT SO EVER. I lived here for a year , moved out in November. I left my apartment ready to move in, i am in the same industry so I know how it works, LEGALLY they are suppose to give you back your deposit within 30 days. It’s been freaking 3 MONTHS & 2 weeks I have YET received anything. I had spoke to Viviana and Hailey, and they both said they would get with corporate to see what was going on. 2 months pass by & NOTHING. My mother spoke to Viviana and was really rude and told my mother she knew what we knew and that’s all. Like excuse me? She could’ve simply sent a email and follow up bc we do the same at my office. Anyways, I get corporate number and I’m calling every day for a WHOLE MONTH. I email y sherry, and bailee and I got nothing. The staff would leave email’s so they can call me and nothing. One day I decided to leave a review on here same thing I’m writing now and what a coincidence Viviana calls me letting me know bailee is going to send off my new check I’m like okay, I send baileee my address that they should already had on file & now here I am 2 weeks later NOTHING, AGAIN. I’ve been calling and nothing same thing were going to send her a email to follow up with you. This is really ridiculous, are yall that money hungry that yall keep residents deposit? DO NOT MOVE HERE if you don’t wanna receive your deposit back. They lack of communication just as corporate & the paint over damages inside the apartments . I will definitely escalate this because this is not fair for you to be paying and living somewhere and leaving your apartment READY TO MOVE IN for you to not receive your money back. I wish Stephanie was still here because she would’ve resolved my problem in a heart beat. Poor team and poor management, asset living do better.

  No queria llegar a esto pero llevo 5 meses y cuando entre me pensé q iba a pagar un solo monto estable mensual y ya voy por 1200 mensuales por uno de una habitación y lo que llevo de estar hay no me han solucionado lo del internet el baño esta despegado y que ahora todo lo del apto hay que enviarlo por correo la piscina vive mas cerrada que abierta

  I can’t say enough great things about this place! Stephanie in the office has been extremely helpful and attentive. I had problems with the previous management but Stephanie has been amazing. Any issues I have had were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance gentleman that has fixed things for me was extremely nice and professional. I have truly enjoyed living here!
