  I recently toured this complex and was immediately impressed with the staff and management. Richie guided the visit and the public areas and pool were beautiful! The model we saw was nicely planned and the community as a whole seemed very clean and peaceful. Overall it was a great experience and when I’m ready to move, this property will be at the top of my list.

  Staff is very friendly and super helpful with new tenants. Move in was a breeze; everything was prepared for my move in and we walked into a nice, clean apartment. After a month of living here I have not had any maintenance issues and look forward to staying here for years to come.

  Great complex to live in! Public amenities taken care of very well, clear and regular matinence - front office staff was super helpful during moving and on going living, much better and cheaper than my old complex!

  I have been a tenant here for 6 months now and have had a great experience here! The front office is always friendly and helpful with any questions or needs I have. The maintenance team has been very responsive and timely on any requests I have made. They also do a great job at keeping the property clean and looking sharp. I also greatly enjoy the community events they put on for us each month! The location is great as well, very thankful to be a resident here!

  We just moved in and we had SUCH an amazing experience here at Three77! Me and my wife have been renting for a couple of years now, and we have never been taken care of as well as we have been here. From the moment we walked in for our tour to the moment that we stepped foot in our unit for the first time, it felt like the office staff had our back the whole time. SUPER SPECIAL shout-out to Abbe because she was so helpful, patient, and kind with us throughout the entire process! She made us feel so at home right from the start, and really went above and beyond to make us feel like family rather than just a unit number. And this also goes for the rest of their staff too, Alexa the Property Manager and Daniel the Maintenance Lead are fantastic as well; a truly special team that they have here! Everyone here is so nice as well! On our first day we had already met some of our neighbors and they were all so nice and welcoming! Overall, we have had THE BEST experience here so far, all thanks to Abbe and the rest of the team, it is awesome here! We'd give this place 10 out of 10 if we could!
