  The apartments are fine living-wise but The wifi at the savoy apartments always goes down every 3-4 weeks and takes 2 weeks to come back to a useable state, also management and maintenence will just come into your apartment whenever they want without telling anyone, causing a security risk for my family and kids. Just to put papers on the kitchen island even though there's a clip outside on the door!!! Also when we first came in there was no roaches which was great but after a few months we suddenly got infested because of some people next door and even though we got pest control it didn't fix anything!! If i could give it a zero i would and thats not even counting the problems with the ac 0/5 stars.

  As a resident of over 2 years, I attest The Savoy is possibly the most affordable, family friendly, pet-loving apartment community I've ever lived. The gym and mailroom are totally refurbished and the pool is available! Most importantly, my main point of contact, Kyndra, is extremely professional, kind, and helpful! She has been a top performer, projecting excellence and care in every interaction. Definitely the best apartment representative I've ever dealt with. 100% would recommend!

  The Apartment complex is beautiful and the staff is awesome it be ups and down sometimes but they are awesome Kyndra is so awesome and wonderful she works with you and she is very understanding and I love her.

  Dee and Jay.are maintenance that takes their job seriously. Always helpful and respectful. They check on you after the jobs is done. Im really grateful and apprective
