Absolutely awful experience, dog messes constantly left everywhere outside, roach and spider infestations despite leaving my apartment completely clean, the plumbing was poorly put together even the kitchen sink wasn’t fully attached to the counter top and water would just leak constantly underneath. If that wasn’t enough there was multiple attempts at vehicle break ins during the night, my vehicle was even towed and i was forced to pay for its release regardless of the fact it was already registered with the apartment. The AC unit would also break down once a month and constantly needed to be fixed. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had in an apartment. The tub was rusted and peeling despite it only being the 1st day I moved in. Even found that the fitness area is happily equipped with a broken treadmill and a poorly installed cable machine that was literally built upside down! Renters BEWARE!
Wife and I lived at the Reese for nearly 2 years. We moved in in the spring, and everything was fine until the Summer. We lived on the second floor and had raised ceilings, and it got so hot in our unit. In the entire 2 years we were there, 3 months out of the summer our power bill would be $500+ dollars with the AC set at 75. We put in request after request, and they worked on the requests, but it was very obvious the maintenance team didn't know what they were doing with HVAC units. They froze the line completely on our AC with antifreeze twice, and if you drive through the apartment complex, you can see the HVAC units are raggedy, broken down and fighting for their lives. After the first time the maintenance team came out and didn't fix the issue, I reached out to the office, told them it wasn't fixed. For weeks I went back and forth with them on the AC unit not cooling the apartment - then the Fall came around and I gave up. The next summer came around and it was the same deal - $500+ power bills. I called and begged for them to get a third party HVAC support and they finally did after weeks of me asking. They came out and said the HVAC unit was way too small for the apartment and would never be able to keep it cool, there was no insulation in the ceiling and the temps of the ceiling were reading at 95 degrees and that heat had no where to go but down. During the summer months, my wife and I couldn't sleep with blankets because it was so hot. The Reese promised to get a ceiling fan installed and insulation in the roof. The ceiling fan never showed up but the insulation did and the team that did it was awful and likely the cheapest contractors they could find. They left razorblades, sheet rock and insulation all over the walk way where kids, adults and pets walk through. The maintenance team would often show up unannounced and would walk into the unit without knocking. SEVERAL times this would happen 'I didn't know anybody was inside the residence'. Additionally, the neighbor on the first floor kept two dogs on the porch all day and didn't clean up after them, so the entire entryway to our apartment and alley smelled like dog poop and in the summer it was rancid from heat. We set up our ATT internet with our phones before The Reese ever made a deal with ATT to service all the units, and for 3 months we would get charged for internet even when we had confirmation from Stefanie that it was fine and removed from our lease, we would have to call, complain, argue with Cree that it wasn't a part of the lease we signed and wait for her to remove it so we could pay rent. Also the gates don't work, so people who didn't even live at the apartment complex would use the pool and dumpsters and pest control here is a nightmare.
The Reese does not deserve your time or your money. This was without a doubt the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in and one of the worst apartment teams I've ever had to work with. That front office does not have it together.

I like Reese .... it's well manicured... the apartments that I saw were nice and clean.... I didn't see any bugs or critters and there prices are fair.
I would never consider living in these apartments. They have many safety issues that will make you feel unsafe. The gate has been broken since I moved in a year ago, and I was promised a gated community. My car got broken into 4 months ago along with 2 others in the complex as well. Now maintenance I have been living in inhumane conditions for 6 months. I have been speaking to a lady named Cree in the front office and she has fed me nothing but false promises. They do not care about your safety or living conditions they are honestly just collecting a check a money grab. Sadly I still pay my rent on time. This matter will be escalated due to negligences. I do not recommend 0 stars if it was a choice.

Reconsider moving into The Reese at Eastchase
The day I was suppose to move in ,I was told the apartment wasn’t ready for move in at 4:30 pm with my U-HAUL in the parking lot .Nobody took the time to call me and tell me it wasn’t ready . I had to sign a new lease .
I was provided with 3 different keys to see which key worked . I toured the new apartment by myself.
There were several visible things that needed to be fixed . Turned in a maintenance request it took several weeks for the repairs to get taken care of. The maintenance request are stacking up because they quit due to being over worked and no supplies to complete the job.
I moved in April 27,2026 ,my apartment was broken in May 29,2026 .
I had to tape trash bags up to my patio door ,I called the office to remind them about my patio door .
When they pushed it off I called Code Compliance.
The patio door still hasn’t been fixed and today is July 10,2026 . Im still being contacted about the apartment because the leasing agent gave me 3 keys to see which one works to the apartment and didn’t take the time to make a copy of the key and keep a copy for the front office.
They lie about pest control coming out.
The landscaping for the property isn’t maintenance on a regular.
Resident don’t clean up after there pets.
Water being shut off every week due to water leaks .
Trash through the property at dumpster,in the parking lot on porch that causes bugs to nest . Photo online look nothing like the unit you will receive. Fitness center is closed ,business center is closed pool has been closed for years due to repair by the city of Fort Worth . The front office looks like the picture online .
The short time I was there I seen 6 different people filling in the front office from other properties .
The communication is horrible, offering special then to be told that special is no longer available.
The property manager isn’t trustworthy…
She will lie to you in your face with a straight .
Don’t waste your time .
