  Assistant manager Cindy Hernandez do not know her job she's as horrible customer service!!! She needs to be fired ASAP I advise everyone that's trying to get an apartment here please do not it's roach infested also they let cats inside your apartment!!! Cindy has a horrible attitude also!!!!

  My maintenance request is taking too long to complete. I’ve requested for pest control to spray for ants over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done

  I created this account just to warn others. This apartment complex is blatantly discriminatory against vulnerable and minority residents. Since I moved in almost a year ago, it’s been a nightmare. The management is abysmal. I’ve repeatedly asked them to fix the AC since last year, and they’ve done nothing. I only have one window unit in the kitchen near the thermostat pad, that barely working, and the bedroom is unbearable—at least 90 degrees. I had to buy three fans. The dishwasher has missing spray arms, and I’ve never been able to use it. These are just a few of countless problems. They told me my unit was upgraded, so they told me to pay $100 more, but it’s no different from a basic Section 8 unit. They do not deserve this much rent. Please, if you’re considering moving here, do not come. I feel deeply sorry for everyone stuck living in these conditions. I’m moving out soon, but I’m not gonna ignore with this on going problems! If you have no choice, but living here, please pick up for yourself and for your safety! You deserve better than this!
