  I moved here less than a year ago, but i’ve been waiting to move out of here for 10 months! It was a mistake that I didn’t read reviews. I have so much to say about this apartment complex. I have so much to say about this apartment complex. In my 50 years of living in the United States, I have never encountered an apartment with so many issues. Those who give it a five-star rating are likely the lucky ones living in a section of the complex that is free of problems. Or perhaps—does the apartment management engage in discrimination? At the very least, the specific section where I live is plagued by never-ending issues. I will stop here for today, but I plan to address that particular matter at a later time.   I told the Office I wouldn’t do this review until I moved out, but I feel like it’s needed for other s knowledge. If you’re looking for a cheap apartment and you don’t care about your neighbors or the property that you live on, this is the place to choose. The neighbors are very disrespectful and rude, throwing chicken bones and bread out for animals even in the dog park which is very unhealthy for dogs and other animals. Leasing office never answers their phone and when they do, they’re very short say they’re going to fix your problem and then they never do. Seems as if people that have been leasing here for longer than five years have to say so and get away with whatever they want. The office is not very accommodating to you regarding your neighbors. They say they’re going to talk to them and then nothing changes. Your privacy is not a thing Neighbor’s video you constantly while you were outside of your apartment. My fiancé has been threatened twice in my dog’s life has been threatened once the Office proceeds to not do anything about this. There were also threats about car Windows being smashed in by neighbors due to us politely asking them to not throw out chicken bones. There are also no cameras on property despite the front opening gate and the gate does not work so who knows if the cameras that are there even work. Maybe this review will cause them to fix things maybe not but who knows

  There’s food and glass EVERYWHERE. Dog owners don’t not pick up the dogs wast and the dog park is coved in dog wast. If you have a 4 legged one I would highly recommend somewhere more suitable for them. I will say though they cleaned the pool and got it looking really nice. There are constantly kid in the dumpsters looking for food toys clothes any and everything. The office dose like to take their time with things but it tends to get done shortly after the Complaint. There’s also chicken bones everywhere to harm animals I’ve only lived here 2 months and I already have someone threatening my dog. Like most of the reviews say if you looking for cheap and a roof you got that here, but as far as everything else it’s very if-y. The kids park has a big hole in the slide big enough to Send a kid to the hospital. The office has not given any info regarding the playground.

  I just moved here almost a month ago and I am really liking it so far, its very quite and peaceful. All the ladies in the office are great and are always there to help in whatever way they can, especially cindy she has been so helpful and answered alot of my questions when I came for a tour of the apartments.
