  I created this account just to warn others. This apartment complex is blatantly discriminatory against vulnerable and minority residents. Since I moved in almost a year ago, it’s been a nightmare. The management is abysmal. I’ve repeatedly asked them to fix the AC since last year, and they’ve done nothing. I only have one window unit in the kitchen near the thermostat pad, that barely working, and the bedroom is unbearable—at least 90 degrees. I had to buy three fans. The dishwasher has missing spray arms, and I’ve never been able to use it. These are just a few of countless problems. They told me my unit was upgraded, so they told me to pay $100 more, but it’s no different from a basic Section 8 unit. They do not deserve this much rent. Please, if you’re considering moving here, do not come. I feel deeply sorry for everyone stuck living in these conditions. I’m moving out soon, but I’m not gonna ignore with this on going problems! If you have no choice, but living here, please pick up for yourself and for your safety! You deserve better than this!

  Language, barrier maintenance man cannot speak English So I was not able to explain to him what was going on with my sink cause I don’t speak Spanish

  It was 1:50pm, there were 4 people waiting and the door was locked. People were waiting 10 minutes knocking on the door with no response and this isn’t the first time closing without any notice. Poor management. Also no use for service requests, they don’t fix anything anyway

  Cynthia was very knowledgeable, kind, & professional. I hadn't gone apartment hunting in almost 17yrs & so much has changed. She very patiently answered my questions & anticipated a few I hadn't thought of. I'm grateful for the time she took to show me around. I was impressed my the property & the way it's managed.

I have so much to say about this apartment complex. In my 50 years of living in the United States, I have never encountered an apartment with so many issues. Those who give it a five-star rating are likely the lucky ones living in a section of the complex that is free of problems. Or perhaps—does the apartment management engage in discrimination? At the very least, the specific section where I live is plagued by never-ending issues. I will stop here for today, but I plan to address that particular matter at a later time.
