The front office is a disaster. I was approved for an apartment complex that said it was “available now” on the 22nd of July, told my move in date would be the 23rd of July. In some sort of accident, they gave my apartment to someone else on my move in date and tried to upsell me on a more expensive apartment even though I had already put down a 250$ deposit on the first one. From the 23rd - the 31st, I showed up almost daily, trying to get more information on our lease, they kept telling me someone else was responsible for sending it to me and to come back later. I am told that multiple times, I am told on 3 separate occasions that my lease would be sent to me on the 23rd, 27th, and the 30th, and now the 31st. I wasn’t even told about the apartment being switched around until I went up and asked myself on the 27th. I was told they would call me with more information. I received no phone calls. So I reach out to their corporate owners only to be directed to the same AI chat bot on their website, Ella. I received no extra information as it just gave me kind words to soften the blow, the “I’m sorry’s” that the front office cannot deliver. It even told me my lease would be ready on the 30th (which did not happen). On top of all of that, I was not able to contact them through phone, even once. They have multiple different phone numbers online and I have called at least 20 times in the last week and haven’t gotten through once. I love a cheap price point. But obviously they need help, I can’t imagine what paying rent to this front office would be like. I can’t even trust them to respond to my calls so seeing everyone in the comments talking about poor maintenance sounds pretty accurate to me. However, I do agree that James is pretty cool and I did see the maintenance crew working out there almost every day I was there. They can’t fix incompetence though. Don’t waste your time.
