James Parker was very very understanding with people and Situations. Also people who either come to look at the property or tenants that were already on property. He was 100% Professional and He Stood on his word. Him alone is the reason i chose The Hub at Chisholm Trail Apartments.

James Parker was absolutely incredible to work with. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and me through the leasing process. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable with everything. We truly feel blessed to have had him guide us through this new chapter.
I enjoy living at the hub. I have a spacious big kitchen. It’s five minutes from my job office. Staff is always able to help my situation maintenance. Took care of a couple items in my apartment. I love calling this place Home.

Terrible apartments do not move into these , from the roaches , the hot water not working consistently this is trash ! The community is wack the pool hasn’t been open in over a year honestly what more do I need to say ? There maintenance is trash literally 😂 this place just isn’t worth the rent it’s like renting a motel.
This place is what happens when neglect, incompetence, and audacity join forces.
Everything here is broken, systems, communication, expectations, hope. Management has perfected the art of doing absolutely nothing while acting extremely busy. Maintenance exists only as a concept. Any issue you have will be ignored until you either give up or move out.
Living here feels like participating in a long-term psychological experiment to see how much frustration a human can tolerate before snapping. You will pay premium prices for inconvenience, chaos, and disappointment wrapped in a thin layer of excuses.
If bad decisions had a physical address, this would be it. Save yourself. Live anywhere else. A cardboard box with ambition would outperform this place.
