  I hate to see this I was looking to view, but as someone whom has experience such things from a complex. In my experience calling the state helped me get things resolved.

  Extremely run down and neglected property. All pavement is cracked. Automatic entry and exit gates don't work. Gym doesn't require a key for entry and is always unlocked. Mailbox areas are dirty and some are clearly broken. Trash is left in the grassy areas and grassy areas are dying to lack of watering. Hand rails by steps are loose. Roach infestation issues. Apartment baseboards have very large gaps making it easy for bugs to travel. Hard to get in touch with leasing office. Does not appear to be many maintenance staff. Dog poop is not picked up and you can smell the aging feces in the pet waste trashes. Pools are inaccessible. Large items dumped near trash cans have been there for weeks even when the trash has been picked up. Trash is left in various areas of the complex especially the grassy areas near parking spots. Can smell people are smoking tobacco or marijuana through the walls. Someone is throwing their trash bags over the wooden fence between this apartment complex and the brick apartment complex to the right. The wood fence surrounding the property is falling apart with large damaged areas of wood hanging into the parking areas. Also, pretty sure there is black mold. These apartments are not advertised properly. The complex is trashy. Rent should be lowered. Complex has made me reconsider buying a firearm for safety as I have seen a review on another site of someone being robbed. Will not be renewing the lease unless major changes are made. Apartment complex may look pretty from the outside when searched and seemingly in a nice area but the property is not at all. Dumpsters ALWAYS look like this. Trash people do not come enough.

  Amanda made my leasing experience so much easier! She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and stayed kind and professional through the whole process, even when I was probably stressing her out. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of. Great customer service like hers is hard to find, and she’s a huge asset to the leasing office. Thank you again, Amanda!

  No one contacts you back no matter what they respond with to the written review. This company is unprofessional and I would suggest to contact code enforcement to anyone who is having issues. They have multiple violations that can be reported. Corporate office doesnt care either. They do not respond after multiple messages. This building needs to be condemned. I would love to share the pictures of the filthy apartment they leased me. I paid my first months rent and still not able to move in. I paid it on July 15th and it’s now July 29th. I can’t move in due to filth and repairs needed to be completed. They will not refund me the money and will not let me out of the lease. Staff does not care. I have reached out to sentinel peak capital partners and also summitapm who is the corporate leadership and they have no response on the matter.
