  I don’t think I will be moving here I was supposed to been in my unit the first of July but that didn’t happen due to them not being ready. NOW FAST FORWARD ITS JULY 9th and my apartment is still not ready they told me it was gone be ready on the 3rd but that had to be a lie because they just emailed me on the 8th saying it’s still not ready. This is my first apartment and I’m already re thinking about moving here due to bad communications with the office and bad service and after looking at the reviews makes me second guess even more

  This has been the worst movie experiences into a duplex or appointment in my life. I’m 64 years old Disable retired I have moved over here no working AC it’s been three months still don’t have AC I had to end up buying a window unit for upstairs for me and my baby in order for us not to be Found deceased in this property management sorry Very sorry I have call Code compliance twice and they came out and gave them citations 8 of them all together. I wish I could get in contact with corporate.

  Eric in maintenance is absolutely wonderful! He came in originally for one maintenance request, but after he solved that and saw all my other problems, he fixed everything in one go! Fixed my wasp nest, screen door, ac filter, and stove knob! He was fast, respectful, and a great presence!

  Was staying with my girl for a couple days and Eric in maintenance came by and fixed everything we needed in one go. Speedy service and great customer service was there the entire time.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am an advocate for doing what’s right and taking accountability. This property is managed by individuals that are unethical and unprofessional! I moved here 12-10-2025, it was a horrible and rushed experience. The leasing agents are not properly trained, and the manager is unreasonable. Over 50 emails sent, Over 25 maintenance requests made and not completed. Being charged for services you aren’t receiving and not being reimbursed unless you make it known! Yes. They have roaches and the breezeway’s are extremely dirty! Spider webs, dead bugs, food debris, dog poop, and the list goes on. The fitness center is discussing with broken machines. The pool is closed but you are charged for gas and lights for the pool! Neighbors that disrespect you and allow their animal to piss over the railing! And not offer to clean it! I have NEVER enjoyed my balcony since moving here! I would do this post a disservice if I didn’t post video of my claims! I will NEVER LIE BUT TELL YOU THE TRUTH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR THE MENTAL AGGRAVATION ! Look for yourself! The property manager Crystal Estrada denied me my points for the month when I made my rental payment. She tries to tell me it’s ok to lose money for services I did not receive. I definitely told her she was crazy for even accepting someone taking money and providing pest services. If you notice it says “because of the conversation”! I asked to be refunded! So you cancel my points? 2 emails was sent to Crystal and she NEVER replied to explain her actions! They will charge you and tell you to call to be put on a list!? It’s obvious you took my money! Provide the service! Again DO NOT MOVE HERE I HAVE ALL TGE PROOF TO BACK UP WHAT YOU HAVE READ AND WHAT YOU SEE!
