  PLEASE READ BEFORE LEASING. This apartment complex is the worst, since this new company has taken over the property people that have been there for years have moved. The Maintenance staff don't know what their doing. The office staff is unhelpful and just tell you are on a long list of empty apartments to be fixed. They will overcharge you on utilities and add in stuff that doesn't apply to you and when you dispute it there is nothing done. My Air Conditioner has been out for 2 months now. The thermostat WENT OUT, (DURING THE COLDEST DAY), When they came to fix it 5 DAYS LATER AND ME AND MY KIDS WERE FREEZING FOR THOSE SNOW DAYS. They put on a new one that went out not even a week later. The 2nd thermostat they put on caught fire!!! When they finally came to fix it they cut my electricity for a week and had to call a Contract AC man who told me they cut the power to my apartment at the fuse box in the back. They have maintenance people that tell you they don't have any experience with anything, so they have to keep calling contractors. When I went to the office they told me it was my electric company. IF YOU MOVE HERE you will be subjected to old appliances, ROACHES, water damaged walls that are painted over and the WORST Office staff you will ever work with. There is a reason that the complex is empty, take heed. ALL THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNHELPFUL ESPECIALLY ELLA, THE MANAGER!!

  Ive lived here since February, they do not fix anything. They hang up the phone every time you get through, they refuse to answer emails. I was without hot water and a shower for a week when I moved in, then my toilet leaked for two weeks, then my AC was out THAT ENTIRE TIME. Now, i have a constant flooding issue from the HVAC system. I cannot get through to them no matter how many times I try, and despite all of these constant issues they are not trying to help and are actively working on evicting me. DO NOT MOVE HERE — there are cockroaches and so many more issues. It is not worth it. UPDATE: I called the front office to have them actually fix the HVAC leak and they told me Id be charged if there was no flooding! DO. NOT. MOVE. IN. HERE.

  DONT MOVE HERE!! I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after multiple incidents, I feel the need to speak up. This morning, maintenance beat aggressively on my door and then spoke to my guest in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, including cussing. That behavior is completely unacceptable from staff members who are supposed to represent the property professionally. This is also the second time someone has come pounding on my door. The first time, a staff member said they were “just checking if anyone lives here.” I pay my rent on time every month, keep to myself, and have never caused issues, so being treated this way is frustrating and disrespectful. Another major issue is that management/staff continue throwing away residents’ belongings left outside doors without warning. Most recently, they threw away a pair of my shoes worth about $180. There was no notice, no communication, and no attempt to contact me beforehand. Work orders also do not get handled in a timely manner. Last year my A/C was out for months, and not once was I offered a window unit, temporary accommodation, or any type of solution while waiting for repairs. That is unacceptable, especially during Texas heat. Meanwhile, residents are watching maintenance workers driving recklessly through the complex doing donuts in the middle of the road while people record it. There also seem to be bigger issues around the property that go ignored. I expect basic professionalism, communication, and respect as a paying resident. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

  The management here has been excellent since I've moved here. Any issues I've have, the manager Bobbie has been so helpful and answers all of my questions and handles my issues! Maintenance is pretty great too! Taylor and Marcus went above and beyond to fix a problem i had!

  I explained that I had a felony on my record for a minor drug possession and asked about the background policy I was told as long as I didn't have any sex charges or assaults that I would be approved then after paying $210 for app and admin fees I was denied and I called to ask why they said because of my background, I told them that I was upfront about my charges just to make sure that I wouldn't be turned down and the lady said well I said you Might be approved and that is not what she said she all but guaranteed my approval! Very disappointed that I wasted my money when they could have just been honest and told me that I would be denied for Any felony on my background very unprofessional and I feel as tho I was robbed would not recommend this property to Anyone they should be lucky that someone would actually live here because the apartments are really a dump they look broken down and ghetto definitely not the pictures they advertise online! "Stay Away" !!!
