  When I first moved into these apartments they were good apartments to the new managers took over you can't get anything fixed it takes months and months the manager cancels your work orders like she actually had them done and as of this moment right now the apartment that I'm being made to move out of due to getting tired of asking her to fix stuff I quit paying my rent she was able to get me evicted because I called code enforcement on her because the apartment became infested with rats because I had a 4 + 4 hole in my living room that water would come through randomly and she always wanted to try to send somebody to fix it when I wasn't there but only she tried to fix it so if you can rent from somewhere else the pictures on line are AI the apartments don't look like that on the inside. There ok if you don't mind paying rent for yourself and and the rats and roaches.

  I have to give Tammara super duper props 😄 this woman is the most sweetest compassionate person I've ever met in this town!!! The new crew with this place is phenomenal they have done so much of this place I've been here 7 years and until they came aboard I just don't know but now this place is remarkable I totally advise anyone looking for a place this is your place wish this crew would have been here when I moved in in the beginning unfortunately they weren't and I am moving not because of them but because of the former owners this is too long to go into but the people here now are amazing they're very understanding the very calm and compassionate and helpful and now it's a wonderful place unfortunately I'm moving because they didn't get here soon enough and I chose to move before I got to know these people and seeing what they could do with the place they turned it into a fantastic place they've got great security they've got great staff and they're doing such a wonderful things with this place so I give it a two thumbs up again I have to stress Miss Tamara it's just out of this world remarkable surprise she's a great surprise to the community with here this place could be phenomenal!!!!! Don't let me forget Miss Anastasia they are great great people

  If you have any maintenance problems they will not come in fix it EVER only thing they say is we will send somebody out to fix it there should be no reason why I move in February and they have came and fixed my dishwasher which is holding water causing bugs and a horrible smell and on top of that there’s black mold forming in my apartment from it raining inside of my apartment

  I’ve been having issues with the management of these apartments. I’ve asked Bobbie multiple times for a corporate number or somebody to talk to above her and she’s refused. I have recordings and messages to back up everything. I will be writing another review after this whole situation plays out. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to Anybody.
