  I had the pleasure of touring the property to view their 1BR and 2BR apartment units. Initially, I spent the morning working with the leasing agent named Felisha Pugh. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She wasted no time assisting me with the application, and leasing process. She even took time aside to check for current leasing specials. Unfortunately, I had to end my leasing tour due to a family emergency. However, I returned to the leasing office to finish my application. The leasing agent Felisha Pugh stepped away from the office for lunch. As soon as I entered the leasing office, the property manager Delishea Guyton wasted no time greeting me and my guest. I was invited into her office to continue the leasing application. Delishea Guyton was very informative, organized, and diligent in her assistance with finishing the application. If you value great customer service, clean and newly renovated units, please visit The Haven at Chisholm Trail!   Management was so so helpful and understanding with a late payment on rent. Very calm and respectful, no fuss, in and out with my problem taken care of in minutes. Very pleased with the apartment so far and how management has been taking care of things.

  The ladies at the front were a huge help during and after the application process. They made the move in experience wonderful but the manager lady made the experience and process exceptional.

  Very helpful and informative, was quick and easy no run around. Very reasonable pricing and even though I was early to my scheduled meeting I was still handled promptly. Definitely recommended!!!
