  Not a safe place to rent, they don’t care about your safety, wrongfully accuse and will charge people for damages they never did either. A tenant has been through a terrible situation with this apartment complex they have been unprofessional and the way they handled this situation. A tenant assaulted another tenant at this complex and management did nothing to evict that tenant. He however, was charged with assault and was arrested a few days ago and the apartment complex has STILL done NOTHING to make things right with that tenant. The tenant had to leave for fear for her safety and to this day management is trying to charge her for damages she NEVER did.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! THEY WILL MOVE YOU INTO UNDONE WASP/ ROACH INFESTED UNITS. If I could give 0 I would. Live here since November. HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. we moved into a unit that was not ready nothing was fixed and there was a wasp infestation my husband had to clear out before we could come in so our child wouldn’t be stung. Nothing was painted the sliding glass door still doesn’t lock or close properly the bathroom toilet didn’t work the sink didn’t work and a bunch of other things. All of this was on our move in check list that they never did. (Which we tuned in December 15th at 5:20pm to your manager and lead) We have lived with an infestation of roaches that we have been telling the office about since we moved in. We have had to throw furniture away and replace it. We have sent them pictures and requested an extermination for our unit. THE OFFICE HAS DONE NOTHING. We signed a paper in March about having our unit being exterminated AFTER my husband basically harassed the office about it. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Everytime my husband calls the lady answering just says “oh I didn’t know let me talk to the manager and call you back” 7 times. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK OR ANYTHING DONE ABOUT IT. We literally gave up. good thing my husband is a maintenance supervisor in this SAME industry and knows how y’all are supposed to do things and has called your office out multiple times. He has been given pest control treatment from his press control company and I have had to been the one exterminating our unit weekly! We move in October/november. And just an fyi IN CASE YALL DIDNT KNOW IS ILLEGAL ACCORDING TO Texas Property Code (Sec. 92.052).

  My experience with the office staff has been great. My questions get answered, and my concerns are broken down for me. They are very patient and friendly.

  The office personnel and management are surprisingly incompetent. I can't get answers about anything from simple maintenance requests, little things like when will I receive a mailbox key? For the first 12 day's of residency I had no refrigerator, dishwasher, functional smoke alarms just to name a few off the top of my head. Extremely frustrating to deal with and the kicker is they honestly and genuinely don't care about the residents. I stopped dealing with the entire staff and take care of the thing's that someone would normally make a maintenance request for. I do it myself. If not me then it'll never get done. It's a Great location and the landscape is beautiful. But if you choose to reside at the Haven at Chisholm Trail, well you're on your own because they just don't care or return phone calls. You can see for yourself, just come by the office for whatever reason they will promise you the best service and tell you that you are first priority and they'll smile and bold face lie to you over and over till you just get sick of trying. This is the worst apartment management staff I have EVER dealt with but unfortunately I'm stuck here for the next 11 and months. INCOMPETENT 100%>

  Im only giving 5 stars because of the "new" maintenance man, but other than that, I have seen 3 or 4 different property managers and Ive been staying in these apartments going on 4 years, I cant blame management nor maintenance for my experience living here but whoever owns these apartments can do highly better, the pool is always closed, never opened, paying almost 1300 monthly and not having access too pool, people letting their dog 💩 everywhere and not cleaning up behind them, its really alot I can say but I would have enough space, but cant blame management, its really the owners, apparently they dont give a damn as long as the rent is paid 😐
