This has been the worst apartment experience I've ever had. I moved in on March 20, 2026, and since then I've submitted 28 maintenance requests. Many were closed out or marked complete without the work actually being done.
My AC stopped working on May 26, 2026, and after months of work orders, office visits, and promises, the issue was never properly fixed. I was told to purchase my own AC units because the complex could not provide one. I spent my own money on two units, but my apartment still reached temperatures above 90 degrees.
Because of the extreme heat, I had to stay with family and pay for hotels. My electric bills reached over $450 while trying to keep the apartment livable. Management told me I would be compensated and asked me to submit documentation, which I did, but months later I still have not received any resolution.
I repeatedly visited the leasing office looking for answers, requested a transfer or release from my lease, and received little to no follow-up. I have screenshots, photos, maintenance records, and documentation showing the history of these issues.
No resident should have to live for months without properly functioning air conditioning while continuing to pay rent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
