  Had an appointment for a tour in consideration of renting. The appointment was at 4pm. Offices hours are posted as closing at 5:30pm. I arrived at the office after driving over an hour And the office was closed. Very disappointing and unprofessional… I really looked forward to seeing more of the property…

  I’ve lived here for a little over a year, and it’s been a great experience. The community is very peaceful, quiet, and I always feel safe living here. The location is excellent. Almost everything you need is nearby, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences within walking distance or just a short drive away. The maintenance team is responsive and does a great job, and the front office staff has always been respectful, friendly, and helpful. Everyone I’ve interacted with has treated me with kindness and professionalism, and they’ve been there to help whenever I’ve needed assistance, including during emergencies. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful place to call home.

  A little disappointed because I was thinking that you all took section 8 housing at one point you all did I really love the apartments in the location but thank you anyway for your time miss Mitchell

  We loveliving at the Dylan! Great amenities and the staff is truly amazing!
