Junior and Hernan were amazing! They were attentive, professional, and made sure everything we needed fixed after moving into our apartment was taken care of. Madison has also been wonderful and continues to help us with any questions or concerns we have. We truly appreciate their excellent service and support they have made our move-in experience so much better!

If you’re considering living here, I strongly recommend touring the property first. Living here has been an almost impressive collection of problems.
We dealt with months of broken pipes and repeated flooding. Water was routinely shut off for an entire day, sometimes twice a month, supposedly so repairs could be made. Somehow, despite all of this “work,” the plumbing problems continued.
The elevators seem to be under repair weekly. Even better, I personally got stuck in one for more than 30 minutes shortly after it had supposedly been repaired.
The parking garage frequently smells like a construction-site portable toilet. We also encountered homeless individuals wandering the garage and attempting to get into vehicles. After-hours support is essentially nonexistent, which makes situations like that particularly comforting.
Speaking of vehicles, my girlfriend’s car was towed the first night we moved her in. We received our keys about 10 minutes before the office closed, and she apparently wasn’t properly entered into their parking system yet. Nothing says “welcome home” like immediately having to recover your car.
Inside the building, I’ve encountered animal urine and feces in hallways and elevators. On one particularly memorable occasion, there were used tampons in the elevator. Luxury living apparently means never knowing what biological surprise will be waiting for you on the next floor.
We had repeated water leaks severe enough that mold began growing in our closet. Their solution was to put a dehumidifier in there for about a week. It occupied roughly half the closet. Problem solved, apparently.
Then there are the fees.
We were forced onto the complex’s bulk internet plan but weren’t properly informed until roughly six months later, meaning we had been paying for both services. I was also double-charged for insurance. There’s a mandatory garbage fee for a service that, in our experience, barely managed to show up four days a week. Add the various community fees and expect the actual monthly cost of living here to be roughly $300 higher than the advertised rent.
That was basically a normal month.
I genuinely cannot recommend this property.
They will send you 100 AI text to remind you of the crappy pool party they’re throwing but when you ask how much longer will the water be shut off, you get..
“I'm escalating your question about how long the water will be off to a colleague who will get back to you as soon as possible.“
Then no one will ever respond.
If you like burning money and don’t care about the quality of your building then this is the place for you.
On a side note the only person in that office that seemed to halfway try to make things right was a guy named Louise. And I hope he’s moved on to a better building to run.
Do not live here.
