  I’m not sure what changed within the last couple months but the property is coming together and the office lady is nice and very helpful.

  I have been living here for 8 years is my first experience with Casa Rodante I had the objective of living some 5 years the maximum but I was sick and I had several operations one of the heart and another of my spine and that delayed my departure from the park at first it was very pleasant and good and calm the relationship with the administration was great, I have seen different administrations and owners come and go, the latter are the worst administration I have seen in my life there is no good communication they are rough And they have no respect for people, thank God. ta nos marchamos de este lugar no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

  Management is inconsistent with enforcing rules. What some residents are allowed to have/do, others are not! What a shame because this could be a really.nice place to live, in spite of the outrageous rent increases and poor maintenance.

  Doesn’t OPEN the pool for Memorial Day. Only fixed the roads in patches instead of just all the road. Raised rent from $700 to almost $800 after the first year we’ve lived here. (That means an additional $1,200 a year being forked out to them) they’ve raised rent but we don’t get the clubhouse unless it’s rented, the pool isn’t even open, the online payment system is terrible and janky and takes DAYS and DAYS to take the rent out of your account or you can go out of your way to pay Western Union. It’s just not that great. The front office ladies now, the new ones, they’re pretty great! I liked them- they helped me when I needed it. It’s a mobile home park for sure. They’re overly strict on the rules because corporate thinks they’re an HOA, you can’t even have floats in the pool! The neighbors are hit-or-miss like most places you’d live. Got threatened and screamed at by a guy at the mailbox because I parked and turned my hazards on to get the mail…. Like everyone does. There’s this crazy lady with a reactive ass dog that is a breed that isn’t even allowed here, yet they still have it. Honestly it’s just such a sad vibe. This is where you say you come home to. And it makes you shake your head and feel just disappointed and empty that you live in such a dull place. 0/10 Wouldn’t Recommend.
