  The leasing agents are very nice don’t get me wrong, but they honestly couldn’t care less if your things gets broken into and stolen. I am in the middle of moving and went to check my storage unit I have at the apartment and NONE of my things are there. I brought it to their attention and they said they didn’t know what happened, they are “assuming” someone broke into it and stole everything and put their own personal things in my storage unit. They even verified there were no signs of forced entry on the locks so I’m not sure how someone could’ve “broken in”. All they said is to file a police report and they will follow up with me Friday as they are still investigating. Called several times as I have already moved and no one is answering! Did not want to have to take this to court but it’s looking that that is what I will have to do

  Stand up shower leaks out shower due to cheap construction, water pressure not that well . For apartments to be upscale they have cheap appliance inside . My dishwasher is plastic , my fridge ain’t even name brand . Office staff unprofessional and all maintenance do is keep the side walk cleaned

  Low expectations , been on property for 2yrs . Work order typically take about 3 to 4 days for them to get to it unless it’s an emergency then it takes 2 to 3 days . 1 day if you feel like blowing up there phone . It’s been 4 different assistant managers , a new leasing agent every month changed out the 2 yrs I been here because property seems to be ran poorly

  Been here for 2yrs and it started like trash and ending like a dump . Went to the office to put in my 60 day notice and regional manager and assistant manager pitched me a bigger apartment on first floor due to me wanting to leave having an autistic child . They proceeded to give the one promised to me to another resident they said have an “emergency” move due to a flood in theirs and then promised me when their unit was done I could just have that one . Then called me 2 wks prior to my lease being up stating they don’t know when that apartment was going to be ready and if I could take a 3rd floor apartment when I already explain the issue with that . Went to the office to get my mail and regional manager offers me the apartment on the first floor again remembering that I was there first again because assistant manager offered me a 3 bedroom on 3rd floor so she could give it to a resident of her pick instead . Agreed to give me the apartment again with me being first to be offered the apartment in the first place . Next day assistant manager states “regional manager don’t run this office , I explain your not getting that apartment “ so here I am a week before I susposed to move out with nothing at all but broken promises from presidium Revelstoke management team
