I have lived in apartment complexes for 6 years now and this is by far the worst.
I have lived here for almost 10 months and have never experienced such an unsafe complex. My vehicle has now had windows smashed out of it 5 times. Management has promised to up security since numerous peoples vehicles have gotten broken into but no such thing has happened.
The “gated community” that is promised is a lie. The gates are almost always broken and left wide open. There are no cameras other than infront of the gates and don’t get me started on the staff who will do nothing to help you.
I pay $1600 a month for poor customer service and no faith i won’t get robbed while sleeping at night. I have now had to pay out of pocket 5 times to replace windows with nothing more than a “we can’t/ won’t help you in anyway” from management.
It’s called “luxury living “ but is far from it. 90% of the time the complex smells of weed. Apartments are cheaply built , half the items in the gym do no work, packages constantly stollen and no security whatsoever.
Do yourself a favor and live anywhere but here.

I have lived here for 3 years now and I got to say it’s been the best experience I’ve had in renting. Stephanie and Carlee have always been responsive and helpful, maintenance is quick and knowledgeable, and amenities are well kept

I don’t usually leave reviews but hoping this might help any future residents. We've lived here for a while now and unfortunately have had several frustrating experiences that I feel others should know about before deciding to move in.
Management & Staff: Communication has been a real issue. Concerns sent through the complex's AI chat bot is usually ineffective. I have noted concerns with staff and some have been followed up with only courtesy reminders. It doesn’t appear effective since some issues are reoccurring. It is difficult to get through to the office, and usually it says no one is available and the AI bot will pass a message along. It makes you feel like your concerns just disappear into a void. When we moved in, we also did not get any remotes for the gate. It took a couple of weeks for them to get new ones in. It should be noted that the front office staff are very friendly, but it looks like a lot of things are out of their hands and falls on upper management/corporate.
Community: In my area of the complex, I’ve observed pet urine on building walls, dog poop being left bagged in the walkways, and dogs being walked off-leash. This has been mentioned to the staff many many times but nothing has been done. If you get a lot of packages, be ready to make the trek to the front office every day during operating hours only to get it. Shipping services are lazy and will drop off all your packages in the package room, despite instructions requesting otherwise. The pet washing station is good when it’s working properly (past instances of no hot water and the water being turned off completely). The car wash station is just a regular water hose and an auto vacuum with no hose (not usable). The playground is nice and equipped well for its size. The dog park is nice, but residents don’t pick up after their dogs which leaves it smelly and dirty.
Maintenance: When we moved into our unit, there was a pre-existing list of things that needed to be fixed. Our unit had been vacant for three weeks before we moved in, which makes it even more disappointing that those issues weren't addressed beforehand. There's no excuse for handing over a unit in that condition when there was clearly time to prepare it. Mostly small things like previous tenants netting being left up, toilet seat not properly installed, missing coat rods, water not turned on in unit for washer and dryer - which took them 2-3 days to fix because as the former property manager said “it’s a first come first serve basis” but still things that should’ve been handled never the less.
Noise & Insulation: This one falls more on the builders and planners than current management, but it's worth noting for anyone considering living here. The soundproofing is very poor. Highway noise is audible from our bedroom and even while sitting on the couch. On top of that, you can hear toilets flushing and just about every little sound from the neighboring units. It gets old fast.
Overall, I'd hope to see management take a more proactive role in enforcing community rules, communicating with residents, and improving the amenities. I know they recently hired a new property manager and the old one stepped down so I’m hoping to see some actual changes here. Until then, this complex has plenty of room for growth before it can be fully recommended to others.

We have had such a positive experience with Autumn at Persidium Revelstoke. After a miscommunication regarding a payment issue, Autumn went above and beyond to help us get our money back and made sure everything was taken care of all the way up through corporate. She stayed involved throughout the entire process and truly made us feel heard and supported.
Since becoming Community Director, she has made a very noticeable impact on this complex and the overall community. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the residents, is always willing to listen, and provides honest, helpful feedback. Having someone who is proactive, compassionate, and truly invested in the community makes such a difference. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done!

I am concerned about the conduct of the new property manager when interacting with residents. A resident should not be yelled at or ordered to leave the office when they come in with legitimate questions or concerns regarding their account ledger. It is also inappropriate to threaten a resident with a lease violation for "disturbing the peace" when the resident is attempting to have a discussion and the property manager is the one raising their voice. My sister previously had a very positive relationship with the onsite team and always felt comfortable visiting the office when assistance was needed. Since the management change, that experience has dramatically changed. She now feels intimidated and fearful of coming into the office due to the way she has been treated. She is also concerned about potential retaliation because it is time for her lease renewal. No resident should have to worry that raising legitimate concerns or asking questions could affect their ability to renew their lease. This review is coming someone in the property management industry as a Regional PM.
