I’ve lived here for about 3 years and just renewed my lease. The property is in a great area and is always clean and well maintained. I love all the amenities and how close it is to the park. The view from the pool is amazing at night! There is also easy access to I35 and 121. Joy in the office is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming when i have question or need help with something. Juan from maintenance is also fantastic—he responds quickly and gets issues resolved in a timely manner. The whole team is amazing in general and always very responsive and informative! The only downside is that visitors can no longer park on the Race St. side which limits visitors parking a bit but it’s not something the complex can control that was the city of Fort Worth’s doing. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here! 10/10 recommend. Thank you for all that you do!

I am coming towards the end of my 13 month lease here at Presidio and I have zero complaints! Management is kind and understanding which is so difficult to find in apartment complexes. The maintenance guy is extremely timely and accommodating with your schedule. The complex is kept up very well. Any requests you have are handled immediately, and they are extremely responsive. I have loved that it is a smaller complex because it makes it feel more like home and I feel they tend to their residents a lot better. It’s hard to find an apartment you can live at for a year and have absolutely no complaints at, but this complex accomplished it! I’m only leaving to have a yard for my dog, otherwise I’d stay again!

I am truly not one to come on here and write a review but for this place Ill make an exception. The entire staff here has been nothing short of amazing from day 1. The leasing staff and even the maintenance team answered all of my questions, went above and beyond for me through every step of the leasing process (including but not limited to measuring a specific wall for me before I moved in), and truly made me feel like family. I only had a couple very minor issues and they were fixed before I could unload the last box. The residents here are friendly, the views of Downtown Fort Worth are stunning and the complex itself is very clean. Moving from out of state its always a bit of a gamble but rest assured that, this place is the real deal!

We recently applied for a unit here and had a very disappointing experience with the screening and approval process.
We are highly qualified applicants with strong income, excellent rental history, and a consistent record of paying rent on time or early. We have never been evicted, and have left every luxury property we have lived in on great terms. We were also prepared to move in within a week of applying, making us highly motivated and ready-to-lease tenants. Despite this, our application was denied due to an extremely rigid third-party screen system that appears to rely solely on automated criteria, with little to no opportunity for human review or consideration of context.
The denial was based on credit-related factors that do not accurately reflect our reliability or ability to meet lease obligations. Even after proactively reaching out, providing clarification, and attempting to resolve discrepancies, we were told there was no path forward and no flexibility in the decision.
This process felt unnecessarily strict and, ultimately, UNFAIR. A system that cannot account for legitimate circumstances - such as identity - related issues or nuanced financial situations, fails to evaluate applicants holistically. Instead, it reduces qualified renters to a set of automated flags without regard for the full picture.
While screening is understandable, the lack of transparency, flexibility, and discretion in this process is concerning. Prospective applicants should be aware that even strong, ready-to-move tenants may be denied without meaningful review due to the inflexibility of this property's screening system.

Lived here for two years and really enjoyed it! The front office workers are top tier and maintenance is bar none. If you’re in Fort Worth, I’d definitely recommend this as a great place to live. Easy access to 35 and 121, even easier access to the Trinity Trails, and amenities that are well kept. The people in the community are very respectful and friendly. Overall a great place to live.
