  This is my own opinion as a resident. Been here for an about 10 months now, and honestly ITS NOT WORTH IT! First off, Management took away guest parking and told everyone to have their guests find street parking or use the bus station pay to park lot behind the building. The lot is full of pot holes and seems very unsafe overnight. The parking also isn’t free so if you want someone to come visit like friends or family, they will have to pay. So, no guest parking for a downtown building, a huge amenity and benefit a lot of us were sold on. Asked if I could get an additional regular parking space at least so my significant other could park, and was also told no due to limitations. There have also been many other issues from elevators repeatedly going down, doors being broke, garage doors being broke, hot tub being down, pool being down, refrigerated required medicines being put in regular lockers and a restaurant on the first floor that was announced almost 2.5 years ago with an expected open early 2025 that still isn’t done. It’s late 2026 it’s still “under construction”. Tried to talk to management about all this, and they refused to do anything and just gave excuses and apologies. I was even told “… as with any new community, there can occasionally be operational and mechanical challenges that require attention and ongoing improvements.” Maybe I’m just scared of heights, but I absolutely do not expect mechanical challenges from an elevator of a 27 story building. For a “luxury” apartment where my rent is over $3k for a one bedroom, I’m personally not impressed. Would 100% take back signing a lease here if I could. But that’s is just my experience and observations from living here at this moment. 🤷‍♂️

  Went on a tour and had Jeremy as our guide. Beautiful amenities and a beautiful guide he is awesome. The spaces are incredible with frequent apartment activities, if I could give this palace 100 stars I would. Jeremy is the goat

  I love it here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Stephanie made the leasing process seamless and easy, even allowing me to take multiple tours when I couldn't decide which unit I wanted. The maintenance team is the best around, especially Cory. Anything you need, he's on it. He's always willing to help and takes pride in his work. Deco is a great place to call home!

  We toured this property today with Jeremy and he was great! We love the location and the amenities Deco 969 has to offer. Excited to potentially live here.
