- TJTyler JeffersonAug 21, 20263.0I considered to move into this complex with the point that this is a high-rise apartment complex, and the leasing staff showed professionalism on answering the questions from customers. However, for those who are sensitive to noise, this complex may not be a good place. The sound insulation details are not provided from the complex, and this complex hides the construction material on skyscraper center where most of other high rise apartments say 'all-concrete' in construction material. ClarkDietrich even proudly advertise the complex cared cost more than the quality of the building, saying they used cold formed steel and resilient channel for walls, not concrete and which is quite horrible for soundproofing. Surprising that extremely expensive high rise apartment does not show any different with cheap wooden frame apartment construction wise.. The thickness of floor is even vividly slim than other high rise apartment like dallas urby. it would be better to look for cottages homes than this complex..

- LRLeslie RodriguezJul 30, 20261.0DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These apartments have seriously gone down hill and its so sad because the apartment itself is beautiful but management is horrible. They got rid of guest parking and now they have gotten rid of assigned resident parking. Now it is first come first serve, and you have to pay $100 just to park in the garage of your own apartment complex and "maybe" find a spot! I guess they didnt count the parking spaces when they made the complex. Also the elevators are ALWAYS down, it takes like 10min to get the elevator. It also always smells like weed. THIS IS NOT LUXURY
