  Very disappointing experience with the management of this apartment complex. I paid approximately $250 in application fees and was told that my application had been handled by the previous management. The new management then told me they were not fully settled in yet, and I was never given the opportunity to view the apartment I was expected to sign a lease for. I made it clear that I would not sign a lease without seeing the unit first, which I believe is a completely reasonable request. However, the management transition became an obstacle, and I was left without a chance to view the apartment. As my move-in date approached, I had to find another place to live. The management transition is not the applicant’s responsibility. I paid the application fee expecting a reasonable and professional rental process, but that was not my experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this property confirm that they can view the exact unit before paying any application fees. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing.

  Chasity and Alyssa are they most helpful agents that have worked here since I've moved here. Lesly and Stacey are very helpful as well. The maintenance team is always out and about on the property, I hope this team is here for a long time

  The new management team is definitely getting things done. Lezly was helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Although touring went well, I was surprised to see that they did not have a golf cart. I also noticed that the breezeways could use some tidying up. The apartments are nice but there’s still a long way to go and I can’t wait to see how much nicer these apartments will become in the future. My lease is up soon Lezly’s professionalism is going to make me want to return for sure!

  A few weeks ago my sister and I toured the NewCastle floor plan on the third floor of one of the buildings here as we were looking for a new apartment to move in to. The experience there was fine in exception of the leasing agent who barely gave us any attention, and was on her phone most of the time during the actual tour. We also had a lot of difficulty actually reaching anyone via telephone even after multiple attempts calling. Still, we liked the apartment and had asked if it would be ready by the move in date of September, unaware that our current lease expires at the end of October. We finally got in contact with someone at the office and informed them about our findings, and were told they could not hold the apartment for that long - which is understandable. We were told they had similar apartment layouts available which would be ready in October and beginning of November which we could apply for - and if the Newcastle is still available, then we could use our application for that one. We were also told that the apartments were not available for viewing, and that it would be possible to view it before we sign the lease. We just wanted to start the application process so that we wouldn't miss out on the availability. We made it very clear that we would not be able to move in till November and would not want to sign until AFTER we view the apartment first, so we don't get locked into a legal agreement for an apartment we do not like. Instead, we had our applications approved quickly and told we had to immediately sign the lease within 48 hours. We told the leasing agents that that it would not be possible, in good faith, to sign a lease for an apartment we have not seen or explored. We were also told then that all the application fees would be forfeit as a result. This was completely disappointing and ruined any good impression we had so far built about this apartment, in addition to the subpar experience we had while touring with the leasing agent. We had been planning to move here but this has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. For privacy reasons I have decided not to post any pictures or videos of our interaction to avoid promoting any abuse toward the individual we interacted with.

  I have been to several different communities in last month. Trying to find the perfect and right place for my family and myself. I have never experienced what I just did. The manager (Stacy) and her leasing agent Alyssa made us feel very welcomed. They were very pleasant. They didn't make us feel like we were bothering them with the questions we were asking. They answered all of questions. I'm so happy and excited to be apart of this community. While we were there, there was a representative from Metro Parking Solutions there. (Andrew) He was helping residents with registering their vehicles in their portal for parking permits. He gave us a step by step guide for when we move in. To get our vehicles registered. I'm so thankful for all their help. If you want a great community to live in and a great experience signing up this is the place.
