  The staff can never pick up calls unless you are press the key for someone looking to lease an apartment. We send emails and phone. We expect someone to be present and helpful to residents on the phone. What is the purpose of the front desk staff if you never answer the call.

  Josh and James are awesome. Thank you guy's . Very nice and helped us with any problems. Also Anthony is as well I thank you Carmel creekside for having an awesome team.

  It looks all nice and what not but since the day we moved in we had problems with the landscape , when it rains they dont bother to unclog the drain thats in front of my apartment,new management all the time. I wouldn't suggest unless you want to settle for less but they are expensive for no reason .

  This place is very lovely. Great community involvement always an activity going on for the residences. It is located on a busy road but is near everything you can think of. I stay in a very spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath and the price I pay is awesome for what I am living in. Yes the parking is limited so I went ahead and purchased a car port. They have valet trash. I'm from a small city so that was very new for me and very convenient. The gym is small but everything is in worker condition. The property is well kept. The walking path that's shared with the golf club is amazing and really nice during good weather. My only problem are the walls are kind of thin so your hear your upstairs neighbor walk and hear their TV sometimes. I stay on the second floor so yea. I have not seen the gates being broken so I say it's a pretty secure complex. The staff are so nice and helpful. Other then that I love Fossil Creek and will be renewing my lease. Update: 8/19/22 About a month or so ago new owners taken over, rent doubled, and maintaince takes their precious time completing work orders. The club at Fossil Creek would send out emails for things that's happening on the complex, Carmel Creekside has a paper stuck to your door with the same message every other day which is annoying. The gates just recently gotten fixed after being broken for almost a month. They add little charges to your rent. I'm so ready for my lease to end so i can get out of here. Have to change my rating. The Club at Fossil Creek was great but Carmel Creekside is terrible. Don't be deceived by the new upgrades! Update 5/9/2024 Moved out with apartment spotless. I'm being charged over 1k because I did not give a 60 day notice. When looking for a home you can't sign to move in 60 days later, who is going to pay for 2 homes? Not me! I'll be contacting my attorney because I refuse to give anyone extra money when I moved out at my correct move out date!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! But you will not get any money from me!

  I know a lot of apartments that get negative reviews but I feel it's unwarranted for The Club at Fossil Creek. Since the new management team took over in June 2016 there have been tons of improvements to the property. The pot holes in the parking lots have been fixed, the grounds look better and maintenance responds very quickly. Anytime I visit the office I am greeted with a smile and friendly service. They have never made me feel as if I am wasting their time. I have lived here for 10 months and I'll be renewing my lease.
