  Easy move in but be careful. String of thieves target this complex. Stealing tires, anything they can get. One person was killed yesterday and the apartment sent out an email saying it was an isolated event not to worry. Star Telegram gave details, which I believe because my car was broken into. I've had two decent leaks in my apartment both causing mold throughout my apartment to the one you can smell it. I told front office they did nothing about it but patched up the damage both times. My family is SICK because of it. We will be moving next month and will never look back Multiple outlets in unit have not worked the whole time I've been here. There has been 3 property managers since I've moved here which will be 2 years next month. I haven't met the new one but hopefully shes better than the previous ones.

  My son,daughter in law and granddaughter live at these apartments. Overnight 11/14-15 there was an incident that occurred on property (homicide). And the message sent out to tenants was not truthful😡🤬. You can do your own research and see the facts. DFW Scanner on Facebook has the information from Fort Worth PD. Shame on management and corporate for trying to downplay the situation, treating their tenants safety as unimportant, thinking that the facts wouldn’t make the local news and that their tenants are stupid. Management should do the right thing and send out a corrected statement IMMEDIATELY!! I will be more than happy to share photo and info from Fort Worth PD if asked.

  As mentioned in other reviews, they treat the parking lot like public parking and will charge visitors if they’re around too often. This is unwelcoming and extremely unfair to tenants. You can see that not one review complains about a lack of parking so that argument is just fluff. Having someone over for dinner most days of the week does not constitute as an occupant. You also are not allowed to register an additional car without an additional occupant. Additionally, you would think that the parking fee would at least offer some security but my personal vehicle was stolen twice. I notified the office both times but when brought up by my boyfriend they denied any knowledge of the second occurrence. With some luck and a couple thousand dollars I was able to recover it each time. I am not the only one who has experienced theft and property damage in these google reviews alone. But instead of the managers responding with enhanced security, at the very least some cameras and empathy, they turn a blind eye and contract with an unreputable tow company. And then have the audacity to claim “crime has no address.” Crime has no address but people do, and the people who have chosen this property as their home address and wish to welcome others are obviously not of priority to the property managers.

  WARNING DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've absolutely hated living here because staff does not care about their residents. My HVAC has been out again for 3 weeks after it already taking maintenance 6 months to come fix it (HVAC) the first time...and it's 80° in my house currently 06/30/2024. It has been 100° and above outdoors all week. Now their emergency line for maintenance has been down for the past three days. I've asked for compensation but to no avail. I've even asked to be moved to another unit while this matter gets fixed but management will not give a solution besides suffer until they are ready. This has got to be a breach in lease on their end. I do not recommend living here you'll be irrelevant as soon as your lease is signed. I'm LaQuishea Verlean Brown in a 2 bd 2 bath 100sqft paying $1,860-$1,880 in rent never late and being treated like this. THEY SAY BECAUSE I HAVE TWO HVAC IM OKAY WITH ONE, ALTHOUGH THAT MEANS HALF OF MY HOUSE IS SUPER HOT AND THAT ONE HVAC NEVER TURNS OFF RESULTING IN A HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL WHICH THEY ALSO DONT CARE!!!!!! I've had an electricity bill here for $392.47 and it wasn't summer. Save your pockets and don't move here
