  I don’t recommend this place. Super expensive and I’m not sure why. We pay so many monthly fees for services that don’t always happen. It’s in a very noisy location. We didn’t get our pet deposit fee back after admin let go of the person who helped us in the move-in process and lost our paperwork so they considered it late even though we turned it in the day we signed the lease. We don’t feel safe here. We’ve had people throw huge rocks at our back sliding door over the boundary fence and it has scared our toddler from wanting to play in the back yard. I emailed the office about a potential early termination and none of our complaints were resolved due to them never replying. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this isn’t the place.

  My family and I have had a wonderful experience living here. Devaunte has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout not only the move in process but in everyday encounters as well. He has made sure we feel settled in and comfortable from day one. Any maintenance requests we have submitted this far have been taken care of in a timely manner by the very kind and compassionate maintenance team here. We feel safe and are genuinely grateful to be living in this community! Thank you Avila Boat Club!
