  Very disappointed with the leasing experience so far. I’ve been trying to contact the leasing office for several days regarding the A7 apartment, but no one answers the calls. The Molly chatbot keeps transferring me, yet there is never any response from the office. One staff member answered once when I called from another number and promised to send me a quote, but I still haven’t received any details. Poor communication and lack of follow-up make the process extremely frustrating. At the very least, I expected a callback or proper response.

  Leslie made my entire leasing experience so easy and genuinely enjoyable. From the first tour, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just really helpful and honest! 10/10 recommend it here!

  Have been on the hunt for a new apartment complex since my lease is ending soon. I went to tour this property today and I was helped by Santos, the assistant manager. He gave me a great tour and explained pricing, definitely worth the visit. His customer service was excellent and made sure he covered all bases and had answered all my questions. After speaking with him I felt confident about my decision, he was awesome!

  I came in with a few questions, and Leslie was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made my visit such a positive experience. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism!

  RASCIT RASCIT RASCIT RASCIT!!! After the system calculated my income wrong I was denied. In my mind I’m like ok I know they can help fix this small situation. I talked to leasing manager she went over everything with me and I noticed they left off a lot of my income!!!!! I was informed she can try to help me!!!! But instead they just closed my profile out with no help!!!!!!!!!!! If you are black they are going to find a way to deny you and won’t help!!!!! I currently contacted the regional management because this whole process just doesn’t sit well with me!!!! And I know I’m a good tenant. I don’t cause any problems and I’m a friendly person.
