  I just toured today and I loved it! Our agent Marianna was so helpful and explained everything so clearly! The complex is organized and clean, theres plenty of amenities, and I love the location too! So close to so many cool shops!

  I am so glad I found this apartment complex! Everything looks as good as advertised and is clean, welcoming, and friendly. Also, the rent rates are surprisingly good given its location next to Montgomery Plaza. I’m a huge fan of the available storage closets Aviator has available, as well. Finally, I cannot praise the awesome, friendly, and helpful office staff enough, Mariana in particular. She was very patient with my questions, had (or quickly found) the answers, and made the application and lease-signing process easy, transparent, and pleasant. Again, I am happy to be here!

  Very disappointed with the leasing experience so far. I’ve been trying to contact the leasing office for several days regarding the A7 apartment, but no one answers the calls. The Molly chatbot keeps transferring me, yet there is never any response from the office. One staff member answered once when I called from another number and promised to send me a quote, but I still haven’t received any details. Poor communication and lack of follow-up make the process extremely frustrating. At the very least, I expected a callback or proper response.

  Leslie made my entire leasing experience so easy and genuinely enjoyable. From the first tour, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just really helpful and honest! 10/10 recommend it here!

  Have been on the hunt for a new apartment complex since my lease is ending soon. I went to tour this property today and I was helped by Santos, the assistant manager. He gave me a great tour and explained pricing, definitely worth the visit. His customer service was excellent and made sure he covered all bases and had answered all my questions. After speaking with him I felt confident about my decision, he was awesome!
