  Leslie made my entire leasing experience so easy and genuinely enjoyable. From the first tour, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just really helpful and honest! 10/10 recommend it here!

  Have been on the hunt for a new apartment complex since my lease is ending soon. I went to tour this property today and I was helped by Santos, the assistant manager. He gave me a great tour and explained pricing, definitely worth the visit. His customer service was excellent and made sure he covered all bases and had answered all my questions. After speaking with him I felt confident about my decision, he was awesome!

  RASCIT RASCIT RASCIT RASCIT!!! After the system calculated my income wrong I was denied. In my mind I’m like ok I know they can help fix this small situation. I talked to leasing manager she went over everything with me and I noticed they left off a lot of my income!!!!! I was informed she can try to help me!!!! But instead they just closed my profile out with no help!!!!!!!!!!! If you are black they are going to find a way to deny you and won’t help!!!!! I currently contacted the regional management because this whole process just doesn’t sit well with me!!!! And I know I’m a good tenant. I don’t cause any problems and I’m a friendly person.

  Genuinely blows my mind how this place has good reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky, but my experience was one issue after another. From water leaks in my unit the first week I moved in, to my vehicles being towed multiple times, my work truck being broken into, and my car getting paint on it during renovations while I had to fight for reimbursement, receiving a lease violation because my neighbor threw cigarette butts in front of my patio, it was constant stress. The worst part was being threatened on Christmas Eve because management wanted access to address a hallway water leak that had been there for over a year. The new management showed zero care for residents and seemed far more concerned with collecting money than actually resolving problems. At a certain point, it stops feeling like bad luck and starts feeling like a pattern. To top it off, they charged me $230 to repaint the unit after moving and deep cleaning the place.. The free coffee was nice though
