Don’t move here unless you want to beg the office to get maintenance out to fix things for you. I pay a little over $1200 for rent here for a 1 bedroom & it is NOT worth it. Extremely janky. CAN’T WAIT to move. <3

Formal Complaint Regarding Lease Renewal and Lack of Communication I moved into the property last year and had every intention of renewing my lease when my current lease expired in August. Beginning in May, I repeatedly contacted the office requesting my lease renewal paperwork. Despite my attempts, no one responded or provided the renewal documents in a timely manner. I finally received the renewal paperwork in June, and I signed the new lease renewal in July. I have screenshots and documentation showing my attempts to communicate with the office, as well as proof that I signed the renewal. In August, I noticed that I was being charged as though I were on a month-to-month lease. When I questioned this, I was told that the office did not have access to the system or information necessary to resolve the issue. My son and I have had to leave work early multiple times to go to the office in person because the office phone is not being answered. Despite making these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Today is September 3rd, and I still have not received a copy of my new lease or received any meaningful communication regarding the status of my renewal. I have already spoken with Ambreia and Stephany. I have also emailed Tava and the new manager, Buckner, regarding this situation. Despite all of these attempts, no one has responded or taken appropriate action to resolve the problem. This situation is extremely concerning because we are talking about my home and my son’s housing. I should not have to repeatedly leave work, visit the office in person, send multiple emails, and continue asking for basic information regarding a lease renewal that I signed. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through from the management office is unacceptable. I am requesting that management immediately: 1. Confirm in writing the status of my lease renewal. 2. Provide me with a complete copy of the signed/executed renewal lease. 3. Correct any incorrect month-to-month charges on my account if they were applied in error. 4. Provide a written explanation for why my signed renewal has not been properly processed. 5. Confirm that my housing and lease status will not be negatively affected because of an administrative issue or lack of communication on the property’s part. I have screenshots, emails, and other documentation of my attempts to resolve this matter and will retain all records. I expect a written response and resolution as soon as possible. This is my home, and I should not have to live with uncertainty about my housing because the management office has failed to communicate or properly process my renewal. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the appropriate regional or corporate management representative if the onsite management team is unable to resolve it.

If you enjoy apartments without working amenities, and A/C, plus roaches, and a front office that ignores you, this is the place for you. These apartments are crap, and that's putting it nicely. From day one I have had no A/C and a dishwasher that doesn't work full of bugs. I have made multiple requests only to be ignored 3 weeks now. The management and maintenance at these apartments is the worst I have ever seen. Completely unacceptable business practices.

Do not move here. This is the third time our A/C unit has gone out this year. Every time we place a work order for this issue, management drags their feet and maintenance won’t come out for several days. It’s been 11 days since I first put my work order for a non-working A/C unit this time and maintenance hasn’t even stopped by our unit to check on the A/C. The first time this happened, it took them about 3 weeks to fix our A/C after several days of “we will be there today” “we will be there first thing tomorrow morning” “now we are waiting on parts”, etc. Our thermostat is reading 100° INSIDE the apartment in this summer heat. I have let them know that my spouse is susceptible to heat injuries due to his prescribed medication. I try to keep my reviews positive but I’m truly at my wits end with this apartment complex. What do I have to do to get my issues resolved? I am looking into legal action at this point. EDIT: 08/21/26 - I see your response, I would love to talk over the phone or in person but you don’t answer your calls or return any of my voicemails. I called twice today to no avail. Your office staff tells me to call emergency maintenance for assistance, and I have let the staff know that we HAVE called several times and left messages for emergency maintenance and we still don’t get calls back. I can’t reach anybody and your maintenance has YET to come to my apartment to look at our A/C. Living in an apartment that has reached a temperature of 100° inside is inhumane. Please call me, you have my information. I would love to discuss and solve our concerns. By the way, Ms. Ambreia was very polite and pleasant with me when I stopped by the office in person yesterday. She was the only one there and was extremely professional with myself and the other tenants who were waiting to speak with her, I do appreciate that.
