I didn’t have water at my unit and outside at parking lot I met two guys name Caleb and Nate and told them about the problem and they told me they will handle it and they got my water back running right away. I also told them I am having AC issues and told me they will diagnose it and get it fixed hopefully before the day ends. This guy are true asset. I appreciate it
Don’t move here !!!!
The worst apartments you could ever find , after living here I see what’s the point of the cheap prices , water leaks from ceiling when it rains , order been submitted like 6 months ago and they never took a look , my ac hasn’t been working since the end of march , nobody bothered , I had to send my child with his dad cuz it’s too dang hot in here , roaches everywhere , I had to bring my own person and pay pest control to come out here cuz the pest control they hire sucks , plumbing problems , I have orders have been submitted since September and still in progress , appliances don’t work , air filters don’t get changed and when I went to change it my self it didn’t even have the right one in , air quality and weed smell is all over my apartment , I been sick since I moved here , I believe it’s mold , there’s dust all over the place have to be cleaned daily cuz it keeps getting worse , I ended up in the hospital last week for my lungs ,terrible terrible terrible , can’t wait for my lease to be over , I promise you it’s not worth it

Would not recommend Admiral Apartments at 3808 Post Oak Blvd. We have dealt with constant maintenance issues involving AC, leaks, plumbing backups, and security concerns, and despite repeated complaints and multiple visits, nothing has been permanently resolved. Management responses often feel canned and shallow, whether AI-generated or not, because the real problems never actually get fixed. Diana’s lack of professionalism only made an already frustrating situation worse. Paying full rent for this level of disruption and unresolved issues is absurd.

Moved in in like early March, no big issues then. The leasing agent was super sweet and welcoming. Now? My shower is finicky to turn on/off or adjust the heat. The garbage disposal just went out in the kitchen. And my A/C has not been cooling off. Which in the Texas heat is honestly kinda ridiculous.
I’m not here to say anything badly because I don’t want to be negative I’m just going to speak on my experience.
Move in process was not a great experience I was called and informed the apartment would be ready later because they’re still laying floors and cleaning. This was fine because I got off at a later time and we expected to move later anyway. I came around 6 to sign the lease and got the keys and went to go check the unit and they were still in there laying floors like they stated but I didn’t know they were this far behind but we still have to pack the uhaul so we just went back to pack and expected it to be done. We get back around 10 to start unpacking the uhaul and the unit was disturbing (Pics and videos below). Next morning we speak to the manager Diana and inform her of this and I wanted to choose another apartment company but I already signed the lease so always remember to walk through the unit before signing the lease im still young so learning as I go… but the manager Diana promised us a new unit we were able to walk it and promised us new appliances (stove, dishwasher, and sink which i have written proof of) and reimbursement on unexpected expenses we had to pay. We did get reimbursed but we did not get any updated appliances. The new unit we moved into is also advertised as semi upgraded (new counters and cabinetry) but it was not it was outdated unit, it needed new toilet seats which took them about a month before we got them. Anytime a maintenance request was put in it would stay in for weeks to months before coming to do something unless I called and went up there and was persistent with the need to have resolved. The unit had water damage, baseboard damage under the sinks, cabinets and drawers were old and broke with little to no use to them and I could keep going on. Which I listed all issues in the move in checklist but nothing was worked on. For the vents they were full of dust and they spray paint over it to fix that. Constant heater or ac issues which they would mark the work order completed on but nothing would get fixed. On top of all the issues we got bed bugs and there was a horrible roach infestation issue that was not getting resolved even with multiple work orders for it. The leasing agent Ambreia was very nice and the other leasing lady as well. I was not satisfied with the apartments overall maintenance, amenities (gym and pool was never open), or leasing management. I feel neglected and lied to, I followed up about the upgraded appliances and I get a different excuses. I now have almost 3 months left and no upgraded appliances. My main reason of signing the lease is because of the promise of upgraded appliances. I know I received other things promised but that was a big determination especially since I thought I was paying for a semi upgraded unit and also they completely dropped the ball with the first unit. I’ve tried to email them and went up to the office on multiple occasions (spoke with Ambreia and she informed me Diana would give me a call back but never received one) to see if we can come to another agreement since their not able to uphold the promise they made but the manager Diana has been ignoring my emails and never called me back. I’m really unsatisfied with these apartments and can’t wait to move up out of here. I’m currently seeking legal advice because I feel this isn’t right and there has to be something that can be done in my situation. I’ve paid rent on time don’t cause any trouble fix and pay for any damages I’ve caused to the unit. If you can’t keep a promise it shouldn’t be made.
