If it weren’t for the maintenance I wouldn’t have any issues but I’ve had a bad drip from the air conditioner for a month and a half and there has been a service request in the entire time, i tried calling and usually only got the AI answering machine, I went in person and asked about it, and they finally got someone to show up just to say it would be fine until the next week and when they showed up again they basically said they couldn’t do anything and let it go, at this point another week later there’s water damage all over the ceiling there’s mold and I have heard nothing about it actually getting fixed. Also there’s a bug problem even with a clean apartment.

Amanda was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had. Her fast and efficient work ethic ensured that everything was handled promptly and accurately. She went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made me feel valued throughout the process.
I truly appreciate her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to helping residents. Amanda is a tremendous asset to Admiral Apartments, and I highly recommend working with her.

"This place called ADMIRAL APARTMENT was a complete disappointment. Sure, the apartment looked clean at first glance, but that’s where the positives end. I reported multiple maintenance problems—broken fixtures, leaks—and management did absolutely nothing. I’ve never felt so ignored by a property management team. Stay far away unless you enjoy being completely disregarded." Plus they Robbed me of my money when moved out.
Update: I just wanted to be able to respond to their apology. Which feels very insincere and fake. I think they apologized to show that they respond to reviews but they made no attempt to reconcile the issue at all that I talked about. After multiple attempts following up about the upgraded appliances I was promised but did not receive I was then told that was never a promise but only a “if we can”… I attached ss below, so you guys tell me if it was a if we can or a guarantee. I just want future tenants to see the type of management they will be dealing with and I feel if I didn’t have the ss myself I would’ve been made out to seem like I’m crazy. Nothing had still been done about the issue at hand but hopefully this shows other people what they would be signing up for if they lease here. The unit is still filled with roaches as much as I try to keep everything clean and put in work orders nothing is getting better but my lease is finally almost over and I no longer have to live in inhabitable environment with a 7 month old.

I've been living here for 2 years now, not mayors issues on my apartment just regular stuff maintenance since I moved into a fully renovated apartment. No complaints at all until now that I'm writing this review. Every community have a No Smoking policy, I don't smoke by the way. About 3 months ago a new person moved into my building and that person had been smoking almost everything inside and out his place from day 1, all that stinky disgusting smell is constantly inside my apartment that came through the walls and the AC to the point that is impossible to live and stay inside and out without feeling it, everything smells, clothes, furniture, walls, the AC, even on my job people asking me if I'm smoking. Spending my money on air treatments for nothing, my electric bill has increased because the air purifiers I have doesn't stop working at high speed constantly. Every time I get home I have to open doors and windows to air the apartment because of that smell. My mood changes drastically every time I open the front door so my health and well-being is deteriorated because of this. I personally talked to that person once, to the office admin staff several times, emailed tons of emails to management complaining about this problem, even the community manager and no one seems to care. I hope the administration pay close attention to this review to take a quick action after reading this post of which I have a copy as well as all the emails and text messages I have sent to them. Next step is going to be a Legal action against this community building. Hope you understand my frustration.
