  Although it was very challenging to get the stove in stock and delivered to maintenance, once they had it, Fernanda did a great job of installing within just a few hours of receiving it himself. Also they were excellent at answering my communications throughout the week & a half long situation of not having an oven.

  We had put in a maintenance request months ago to get fence repaired. They came to inspect unannounced, they gave us a date for repair and didn’t show up, didn’t let us know they weren’t going to arrive, told us it would be another week before getting repaired AFTER I called repeatedly to get an answer as to when they would show up, I emailed, called, left voicemails, no response from management. They told me they would show up again today between 8-10, get a call from maintenance 10 minutes before 10 saying they MIGHT show up around 11 or 12. I have dogs and I am trying to make sure they aren’t left inside all day since there was no communication from day one. This has been a complete nightmare and I hope no one has to deal with anything like this.

  The management and entire team are awesome. They stay on top of everything they have a great and fast response. Best place I ever stayed under First Choice management.
