  Priscilla with 1st Choice Property Mgt did an annual home inspection of the house I am renting. She was prompt, took pictures, very pleasant and made suggestions on what was needed on the outside landscaping. I am a senior citizen and she offered to have someone come out and trim the tree, bushes, etc. and bill me as I am unable to do those tasks myself. The owner and management company both have been very cooperative in addressing any concerns I have. I would highly recommend them.

  Management informed us that our tub was in need of replacement in one of our bathrooms and not even a week later they sent 3 of the best working gentlemen to the property to take care of it! Tino, Edgar & Mike handled the demo and install with extreme professionalism. They were very friendly while working in the property and paid very close attention to detail even when it came time to clean up. The new tub looks amazing and you can’t even tell the guys were there with how well they cleaned up after themselves. One of them even took the extra step and time to sweep off our front porch from the tiny mess they made on it. I truly appreciate the level of care and detail these men put into the project! Thank y’all so much!
