  This is my second time leasing through 1st Choice, and as a Realtor and property manager myself, I highly recommend them! I first worked with Sylvia and am now working with Angela, and both have provided excellent communication and outstanding customer service. I have been extremely satisfied with my experiences. They also manage beautiful, well maintained homes, which is especially important to me because I am very particular about where I live.   I FORGET I’M RENTING!! I’ve been with 1st Choice Property Management for nearly six years, and it has truly been an awesome experience! Sylvia has always been wonderful to work with, whenever I call with questions she responds quickly and addresses any and all issue(s). When maintenance is needed there’s never a lag in scheduling or service. It really feels like home, and I’m grateful for the excellent care they provide!

  Great company to rent and work with, respond to maintenance issues quickly, application process was easy and Sylvia Arrambide is great and accommodating for viewing and any questions you might have in the process of renting a property.
