  The community is warm & quiet which I love and the only real drawback is that there's little visitor parking. Staff is great, especially Alailah who assisted my move and helped me to get settled comfortably. She has dropped everything at times to help me navigate issues & I really appreciate her level of effort!

  Salvador was very helpful , he fixed 2 of my requests & explained everything to me , he made sure I saw his work & that I was satisfied with it. He left me with advice & he was patient , not rushing . Thankyou so much !

  We are incredibly grateful to Alaila for all the help and support she has given us throughout the entire leasing process for our home. From the very beginning, she was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to answer all of our questions and guide us every step of the way. What we appreciate the most is that whenever there is any issue or we need assistance, she always helps us with so much dedication, patience, and kindness. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping people and making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Thanks to Alaila, our experience has been amazing, and we truly feel supported at all times. We highly recommend working with her — she is absolutely wonderful and does an exceptional job!

  I have lived here a little over a year. I just recently renewed my lease a couple months ago. I didn’t have many issues once I moved in except for pests. But this morning I woke up to a roach crawling on ME in bed. I do not eat in my bed. I clean up after myself & dont leave any food out. Last year I requested pest control due to roaches, spiders, and crickets. I assumed the roaches were either from the previous tenant or the complex/neighbor. I never saw pest control come but they completed the work order on the app. (They could have came while I was at work.) I still kept seeing bugs every now and then but not worth moving out over. During the winter was the most peace I got from the pest of course so I renewed my lease, which now I’m regretting. Ever since it started warming up I have killed so many roaches and now I have no peace and am so traumatized from this experience. I am genuinely contemplating breaking my lease just to get out of here. Not to mention there have been some new people moving in that are disruptive. One man sits in his car for hoursssss playing loud music with really strong bass you can feel in the walls of my unit. There’s a motorcyclist that likes to drive fast and rev up the bike as late as 10pm. The gate was broken for AT LEAST 6mo & im being generous. They finally fixed it and not sure how long that will last. I do not feel comfortable living here anymore
