  I've lived at this complex for almost a year now and I'm renewing my lease. I have to say that the management and the maintenance here are excellent Anytime I have emailed the office I get assistance. If I stop by in person everyone's friendly and willing to help. I've never had to wait more than one day for maintenance to come out and fix whatever needs fixing. Are the walls thin? Yes. Could there be more stations for dog waste? Yes. Could the apartments use some upgrades? Absolutely. But at the end of the day when you've got responsive friendly people when it comes to your home and repairs? That deserves five stars.

  I have lived here for over a year. Was happy to renew my lease. Maintenence is friendly and helpful. My neighbors are very nice and I barely know they are there. We wave and exchange pleasantries. I work nights and for the first time in a long time I'm not struggling to shut out lots of day time noise. Parking isn't great but it's not terrible. I have a garage and a paid spot but visitors struggle at times. There's not a heavy "predatory towing" presence" so a visitor who parks in a "no no" spot (but not taking another person spot or blocking anyone) isn't likely to find there car missing if they left it there for 30 minutes. They maintain the property nicely. I did have a car towed but it was broken and unregistered (against property rules) so that's on me. And it was there for a month + before it happened. I love the style and feel of the community. I have had only small interaction with management but to me that's good. It means (at least for me) they're doing their job. I recommended this place to both my daughters. One moved in next door (adjacent sister property) the other one wanted to but got into a similar property closer to her work. I have moved very often for work but I think I could happily call this my forever home. I can only hope that I remain a good tenant in their eyes

  Believe the reviews, DON'T RENT HERE. Like so many other reviews here stated, they are charging us to re-carpet an entire room at move out. They ripped up a wall to wall carpet (why would they do this if they intend to keep it in there for 5 years-- which they say is the average lifespan of the carpets they use) to show us a tiny stain on the backside--a stain that was invisible from the front of the carpet. There is literally no way to know whether that was there when we moved in because no sane tenant would rip up a carpet upon move in. It's a total scam, as has been demonstrated by other reviews here. They wait until move out and charge you as much as they can get away with. Not to mention that they wouldn't allow us to be there for the move out inspection (we asked). The main office said due to Covid we could not be present, but interestingly the entire time we lived there, there seemed to be no problem for maintenance to come through while we were in the unit or for inspectors to come by. Interesting that Covid is only a concern to them for the move out inspection. We've been renters for over a decade in multiple complexes and I've never had an issue like this arise. In addition to the disaster at move out, we dealt with neighbors smoking weed that seeped into our apartment as well as roaches. Just do yourself a huge favor and stay away.

  Nice and quiet villas with decent ambience..
