I can’t get into my parking space because someone else parked there who wasn’t supposed to. This is what you will deal with if you move here. People don’t know how to follow rules & they don’t respect them. I overlook a lot of things. But, this is just unnecessarily rude and disrespectful.

I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. They advertise it as “luxury,” but there is absolutely nothing luxurious about living here. The roach and bug problem is ridiculous. I’ve called multiple times for pest control, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. There are constantly bugs coming in from the balcony as well. For the amount of money residents pay, this should not be an ongoing problem. The outside hallways are nasty and poorly maintained. There are stains, trash stains, and just an overall dirty appearance. It makes the property look run-down and nothing like the “luxury” community they market it as. Dog waste is another huge issue. People constantly leave their dogs’ poop around the property, including right in front of the building, and there seems to be little to no enforcement from management. And then there’s parking. There are never enough parking spaces. Even when you PAY for a reserved spot, people will still park in it, and management does nothing about it. What exactly are residents paying for if reserved parking isn’t even enforced? There is basically no towing enforcement, so people continue doing whatever they want. Oh, and please expect to lose packages while living here. I have never experienced this many problems with packages anywhere else I’ve lived. I’ve had so many packages go missing that receiving deliveries here has become a nightmare. A lot of my Walmart deliveries have been delivered to the wrong building because the complex has a confusing Phase 1 and Phase 2 setup with the same building numbers. This makes deliveries unnecessarily confusing, and packages can easily end up in the wrong place. Even when packages make it to the correct area, they often aren’t delivered to your door. They get left in the package/mail room, sometimes literally sitting on the floor instead of being secured in a locker or mailbox. Then, surprise the package goes missing. I should not have to stress every single time I get a delivery notification and wonder whether my package will actually be there when I get home. The customer service from the leasing office is just as disappointing. The leasing agents can be extremely nice when you’re a future resident and they’re trying to get you to sign a lease, but once you actually live here, the attitude completely changes and gets nasty. Residents are treated like an inconvenience, and concerns are brushed off instead of actually being handled. Overall, this place feels like a money grab. They want luxury-apartment prices without providing luxury-apartment cleanliness, pest control, secure package handling, adequate parking, parking enforcement, or decent customer service. Between the roaches, bugs, filthy hallways, dog poop, parking problems, missing packages, and management that doesn’t seem interested in fixing these issues, living here has been frustrating and exhausting. I seriously regret choosing this complex and would recommend that anyone considering moving here look elsewhere before signing a lease. ————————————————————————————— I have lived at Lakeview at Parkside for a year, so I’m not sure how management doesn’t recognize its own resident. I’ve attached photos showing exactly which property I’m referring to and the conditions I described. I also lost another delivery today because of the confusing Phase 1/Phase 2 setup. At this point, I do not want to deal with the leasing agents or property manager, especially after being made to feel like my concerns are an inconvenience. You know who I am. If someone from management genuinely wants to discuss these issues with me, let me know..

Be prepared to be harassed by the courtesy officer for simple things as far as walking the property sitting in your car or anything that THEY feel is Suspicious Which is Absurd for the amount of rent I should have free will in the apartment complex I’m LIVING in , The parking is terrible be prepared to walk a mile to your apartment because the parking spots are filled with non residents or cars that aren’t operating OH AND THE MOVE OUT FEES ARE INSANE

The parking situation is horrendous. How they can consider themselves a "luxury" apartment complex is beyond me. Where is the luxury in constantly worrying about finding a parking spot? Can't find a spot, park near the leasing office. Park near the leasing office, and they email residents that those spaces are for "prospective residents". It's like everyone here owns 2 or 3 cars, something's fishy. I've called about reserved parking spots and they told me there's none available. Why not convert more spots to reserved spots? I'd happily pay the monthly fee to have that peace of mind, and I'm sure management would appreciate the extra income. It's incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. I would heavily advise against moving here if you're considering it, as other reviews mention the same parking issue among others.
