  We've been living here for a few months, and I would like to take a moment to address some of the very old reviews. While I understand some residents have situations that can be taken personal, a lot of times there are circumstances beyond anyone's control. Do I hear upstairs noise when my neighbors are home? Sure. Do some people not pick up after their dogs... Of course. Is the apartment complex a safe and quiet place to raise your children? So far, I believe so. One thing I have seen here that I have never experienced at any other complex is the enforcement of rules. The pool is locked at the same time every night. When people are caught not picking up after their dogs, it is handled. There is no loud noise or after hours parties. People enjoy themselves during daylight hours and respect others at sleepy time. When we first moved in, I thought parking was an inconvenience until we found a solution ourselves, and guess what, parking is enforced too. No one parks in assigned spots, and if they do, it's handled. Our courtesy officer lives on property, is an active farmer's branch police officer, and he genuinely cares about our community. One thing I would advise to any resident... When you have an issue with management, remember, everyone is human. If you approach an issue with a calm demeanor, you will get a calm response. If you put someone on the defensive, you may receive a response you didn't like. It's always better to try to remember, most people are not wise to the fact that they are disturbing other people. They don't have malicious intent. They are just living their lives. Talk to your neighbors like people you genuinely care about and they will care about you in return. I have made friends with every single resident I have met since living here. If you wake up looking at your community positively, you will see things positively.

  The biggest issue is management. Rhonda is rarely available, communication is poor, and when residents bring legitimate concerns forward, they don't seem to be taken seriously or resolved. We've repeatedly felt like we were left to deal with problems on our own instead of having management advocate for residents. One of the most concerning issues has been maintenance driving golf carts recklessly through the underground garage and along the dog walking path. My husband and dog were nearly struck, and despite reporting it, we have not seen meaningful action taken to address the safety concern. As a resident, that is unacceptable. I truly wanted to continue recommending this community because we had some great years here. Unfortunately, the lack of responsive management and accountability has completely changed our opinion. I'm posting this from a separate account because I genuinely worry about potential retaliation after sharing an honest negative review. I hope ownership takes resident concerns seriously and makes the changes this community deserves.

  Confusing, I got lost and had anxiety attack trying to get out. Had to have help and no one spoke English on the grounds staff. Office was not too helpful and some dude stole my package.

  I don’t live here, but will say, beautiful looking complex for sure! The sun hitting that top caught my eye, nice!
