Alexis was the face of the apartment for us handling our on boarding through signing off. She has been very reasonable, hospitable and very supportive. I will highly recommend anytime.

The area is just phenomenal as well, highly recommend also if you work near the DFW area the commute is such a relief. And The amenities are amazing, Thank you so much to Ashli ! She worked hard to help me with my new home. And the Maintenance are Expeditiously on point as soon as I needed them. Thank you, so much again for my making my first experience the best.
- JTJeff ThomasApr 3, 20264.0(4 1/2 stars) 2nd month in and I’ve been really enjoying the quite neighborhood of the apartments. Staff is very friendly and readily available to share concerns with timely work orders completed. Communication is very strong with emails and newsletters letting tenants know when specific maintenance events will occur with lots of time to prepare. Rooms are cozy in size but, for the smaller rooms, it is a challenge to fit furniture and belongings for 2 people. Definitely need to compromise on a lot to make a smaller room work. (It is an inconvenience to live on the third floor, but that is safer.)
