  Don’t move here! This place is awful. For starters a/c issues from the beginning, water is always being shut off for leaks but don’t worry you pay for the excess water that was used. Place just sucks wouldn’t recommend. And don’t worry management will comment under this say sorry we’d like to help but they are full of it. Again DONT MOVE HERE!

  This place is a complete dump and you are way overcharge for rent living in this place gunshots early on a Sunday morning bugs(spiders included) which by the way they didnt exterminate before we move in.door doesn't close right because whoever install the door handle did it wrong. The neighbors keep there kids out all night even on school nights playing outside screaming and making noise. The office never pick up their phone unless you call it consecutively 5 times in a row. There are plenty of apartments you can move to around the area these apartments shouldn't even be an option if you want peace quiet and a place that is not falling apart and have spiders and roaches, also you have people walking around nitpicking other people patios telling what you can and can't have even though you don't really have nothing on your patio and what is the point of nitpicking like that when the place already look like a 3rd world country. This is the Worst place to live in the area they give euless a horrible name. If they wouldn't charge me 3000 dollars to break the lease I will literally find somewhere better to stay in a week down the road.

  Moved out on 7-9-2026. My lease ended on 7-10-2026. On 7-24-2026 got email saying I owed them nothing. They still have not mailed my deposit/refund. I could go on, but I have already spent so much of my Saturday working with this that I need to do other chores. Ron Thorne submitted 8-15-2026.

  Y’all mindless team is the best y’all help resolve my problem and I love fair Oaks for that. I appreciate y’all and I want to think fair Oaks in a maintenance team one more time y’all is the best.

  They are still trying to charge me rent for August. After they called me and told me that my move out date is July 19 I already moved out And I do have the voicemail i’ve been gone since June 25. Didn’t even have my lease correct they put a dog on there that I didn’t even have after they mess up my first lease they didn’t have my husband on the first lease when they corrected it they put the wrong animals they put a dog that I don’t even have I have a pitbull mix ESA I been emailing them and I have not heard anything back when ever I tried to reply back to them someone needs to fix this because I already move out and I already canceled everything else Edit no one has reached out to me from management at all. The only one who has reached out to me is Polo Emailed him multiple times But he never talked about the lease that wrong or the fact the voicemail mail he left then get a charge rent when my move out date was July 19
