  Constant flooding (with the need of buckets) from the floor above creating mold in the vent. The living room window leaking with every major rain. Rust water dropping from the shower celing. Garbage all over the property. Then charged for leaving it cleaner than you got it is wild. This is the reality of renting here.

  Where do I even begin….Everything really starts to fall apart when you want to move out. We were paying month to month while house hunting after being assured multiple times by the assistant manager that we only needed a 30 day notice. We tried to call several times to ask what papers need to be signed only to be ignored completely and given incorrect information about prorated rent. Communication is beyond unprofessional, they are now trying to charge us $4000 and even though daytime is “investigating” the charge is still on my account and -yet again- no one will answer the phone so it won’t let me pay my final utility bill. So over this please save yourself future hassle, I wish someone had warned me!

  Tiffany was an amazing leasing agent. I watched her for multiple days while attempting to be approved to a unit. She was kind and extremely helpful, even on days when she was busy and alone in the office by herself. I ended up going with a different apartment complex, but her professionalism should be highlighted.

  Visited and there are spider webs and spiders in the hallway by the garage areas that are scary and ants.

  Just wanted to share my experience that I've had with Ms. Tracy(Manager) she is so wonderful! I've been here at the property for over an year now and I love it! The reason why I enjoy staying here is because of the people in the leasing office! Always willing to help, as well as so considerate!! Especially Ms. Tracy, she has been nothing but kind to me and the situation that I've been dealing with here recently! That is the most important thing to me, is how I'm treated.You never know what people are dealing with in life. I treat people how I would like to be treated and I got nothing but that in return from Ms. Tracy! Thank you for all of your help. Renee
