Can’t get out pest control taken care of because of our dog being out. When they said it Wallis be fine if it was out. Rent went up one month and had several extra fees. Asked what they’re about only explained 1 extra fee.

The entire staff here is amazing—from the office team to maintenance. I’ve lived in this complex for over a year and have had no issues at all. Jennifer is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. In my time here, she’s been the only manager I’ve seen, and if she isn’t the manager, she absolutely should be. She is outstanding at what she does. Stephanie has also been incredible. She helped me through my apartment transfer and kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate her support and communication throughout the process. Overall, this has been a great place to live thanks to such a dedicated and professional team.

I’ve had an excellent experience living here. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space and natural light. The amenities are top-notch and always well-maintained, making day-to-day living comfortable and convenient.
