  I intentionally waited a couple months before writing this review because I wanted to experience the entire process from my first visit in April through my move-in in July. I'm so glad I did because Shannon exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I've honestly never met anyone who takes as much pride in customer satisfaction as Shannon. She was consistently professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure every question was answered and every detail was handled. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming. During those months, I visited the community countless times on different days and at different times of the day. Every single visit, the property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. That consistency gave me confidence that this was the right place to call home. If you're looking for a community where management truly and takes pride in maintaining the property, I highly recommend it. Shannon's dedication and exceptional customer service made all the difference, and I'm grateful for the positive experience from beginning to end.

  I have not lived here for 4 years, I don't even live in DFW. It was quite for a while but now over the last few months Me and my partner are getting emailes, text messages and now calls from other complexes saying Charter Oaks refered me to them. I have called and asked them to stop but that hasn't happen... It's getting really old.

  I moved here in October, ever since I’ve been satisfied with the quiet neighborhood, staff and my new home. It’s a nice spacious renovated apartment and to top it off it has a real fireplace. I love the amenities and the staff. Dena & Shannon are so helpful and precise. I truly can see myself living here for years because of the awesome experience :)

  I have lived here for about 8 years and I definitely want to give kudos to the new ladies in the office. I love coming in the office and being able to have great conversations with smiling people. They are always laughing and having a great time which makes me happy to visit. The outside of the community is maintained. I'm glad to live here and look forward to living here for many more. If you get the opportunity to visit Charter Oak, please come see these ladies. They are awesome!

  I have lived here for years and years and finally found a group of ladies in the office that are great for this place. This community is so quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I love that fact that I can come in the office and just chat and feel so welcomed. They are so friendly. The neighbors are great and it is a very family feel here. I couldn't choose another place to live, as I am so happy I chose here.
