  I want to give a big thank you to the ladies in the leasing office. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make living here a positive experience. I truly appreciate everything they do and their excellent customer service!

  We had a wonderful leasing experience with Bandera Ranch and their staff. Deborah and Wendi were professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. They were always prompt to return our calls and emails. The property itself is quiet and tucked away, which gives it a peaceful and comfortable feel. The grounds are well kept, the community has a welcoming atmosphere, and the units are very nice. Although the timing ultimately did not work out for our move, we truly appreciated their professionalism.

  We’ve been here for about 3ish years now and with Wendi’s addition to the property management, I’ve noticed an uptick of beautification and repair of the property as a whole. The maintenance staff are both informative and efficient when it comes to repairs. Seeing Wendi walk the property with her staff and pointing out possible repairs and within the week there is a team of workers fixing it is a breath of fresh air. My wife and I have already renewed for the upcoming year and we hope to stay for as long as Wendi and the current front office team and the maintenance team are here.
