- HMHector MendozaMar 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We applied for a mortgage and were required to pay a $500 deposit, with the clear understanding that it would be refunded if we were not approved. Unfortunately, our application was denied — but instead of honoring their agreement, they have completely stopped responding to us. We’ve tried reaching out multiple times to follow up on our refund, and we’ve been ignored every time. It feels unprofessional and dishonest to take someone’s money under those terms and then disappear when it’s time to return it. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. Make sure you get everything in writing and think twice before paying any upfront fees. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and we are still waiting to get our money back.
