  I lived in these apartments for 6 years and honestly had such a beautiful experience here. The maintenance staff and property management were always kind, helpful, and attentive throughout all the years I lived here. This place holds such a special sentimental value to me. I loved being able to walk to the movie theater, 2Ten and Tinman since they were only a block away. I also loved the peaceful mornings, waking up so close to the mountains and trees. The summers by the pool are memories I’ll always cherish. I cried like a baby when I moved out because this place genuinely felt like home to me. Thank you Vista Sol for all the memories and for making my experience here so special. 💛

  Recomiendo totalmente el complejo para vivir. Yo renté por 3 años y siempre estuvo todo limpio, el mantenimiento muy bien, me gusta que incluye todos los servicios. Las administradoras muy eficientes.

  It is a desirable and useful facility. The prices, amenities, and location extremely fantastic.!!!" The Staff: "Diana" - Laurissa, David, Griseld, Jose. Professional, very helpful, informative and friendly which to me is very important. They are one of the best individuals, kind, caring staff l have ever meant. ❤️ any maintenance issues they responded immediately, very cordial at all times. Always Professional. Their strengths here is to ensure your stay safe, peaceful, happy experience. The entire complex grounds, pools, are well kept. The neighbors very kind and wonderful people. Monticello is just across from here. And to the left is the Alamo Theater. Just lovely. And a beautiful sight to see in the evening's. "The atmosphere is very relaxing and refreshing " you could hear the birds early in the morning. Just wonderful here. I absolutely love it here.

  I've lived here for four years. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. Pipes constantly break. Alot cockroaches during the spring/summer. Terrible after hours maintenance; pray nothing happens after hours. If you're short cash here is better than nothing; honestly if you can keep looking, do it. Also the buildings and apartments are dated. Not terrible but it shows. Power also goes out on windy days. Good luck calling maintenance after hours.
