    Zero Stars. I rarely leave a review, especially a negative review but I feel it's important to share this experience so future residents know what happened. We've lived here for five years and have always paid our rent on time. We've never had any late payments or caused any issues during our tenancy. This month, however, we were put in an unfair situation. Rent can only be paid without additional fees in the leasing office, and residents are expected to pay within the first three days of the month. On Friday, July 3, we went to the leasing office to make our payment only to find the office closed. There were no notices posted on the office doors, no flyers, no emails, and no advance communication letting residents know the office would be closed. We called every number available, including the emergency line, and received no answer. We also sent an email/message online and never received a response until the weekend was over. While we were there, several other residents arrived equally confused because they also expected the office to be open. Not wanting to risk being charged a late fee by waiting until after the holiday weekend, we were forced to pay online instead. Unfortunately, the online payment system charged us a $27 convenience fee that we otherwise would not have incurred. I contacted Property Manager Symargit Davalos and explained the situation, including that we had photographs showing there was no notice posted about the office closure. I wasn't asking for anything beyond reimbursement of the $27 fee—or even a $27 credit toward next month's rent—since the extra charge resulted from the office being unexpectedly closed. Leasing Agent Rene Lujan responded that their policy is that rent is due on the 1st and residents are simply given a two-day grace period, so they would not reimburse the fee. What is disappointing isn't just the $27. It's the lack of communication and the unwillingness to make a reasonable exception when residents had no opportunity to avoid the extra charge. Had we been notified in advance that the office would be closed, we could have planned accordingly. Instead, we were left with no choice but to pay an additional fee. Five years of being responsible, reliable residents counted for nothing in this situation. I hope management will reconsider how they communicate office closures and handle situations where residents are financially impacted through no fault of their own.

    I have been very comfortable in my apartment and plan to renew my contract. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff also keeps the areas clean and are on top of everything. This complex goes above and beyond for their tenants.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND I moved here about 4 months ago and I DO NOT RECOMMEND these as an option 1. ITS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES-Ever since my first month my apartment has had cockroaches. It’s a really disgusting problem, some other people that live here that I know have the same issue. I call almost every week for pest control, sometimes they do come, sometimes they don’t, either way they can’t get rid of the cockroaches. They told me to purchase stuff for them like if the infestation was my fault 2- IT SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES. I’ve filed several complains and nothing has been done so far to fix it, the materials that they use for the apartment are very low quality. In my case, my upstairs neighbors (one of them works for the apartments) smokes a lot and the smell comes THROUGH THE BATHROOM EXTRACTOR!! It leaves my whole apartment smelling like cigarettes, that’s not even good for my health. Again, nothing has been done, I don’t know if it’s because it is their own employee, or they just don’t care. Either way the smell from the upstairs apartment shouldn’t even be a problem. 3- The carpet is old and worn out, it had pieces of dry paint that I’ve been trying to get rid of, in one part of the living room the carpet it’s not even put correctly in the floor, I can literally lift it and see what’s under it. When I was doing all the paperwork they told me that the whole apartment was “remodeled “ 4- The entrance door is not even installed properly, a few weeks ago when we had several rain days the water WAS COMING IN UNDER THE DOOR, I had to put some towels under it because of how big the gap between the floor and the door is. I’ve requested for them to fix it and they just put a cover under it, but they said it didn’t needed to be changed, every time I leave my apartment I had to fight with the lock because it’s not even placed right, for the door to be locked I need to open it and then lock it, yes, it doesn’t locks unless the door it’s open, tell me how it doesn’t needs to be changed. This hasn’t been an enjoyable experience The worst part is that I tried to call them but nothing has been done I get that they’re not the best quality apartments but this things shouldn’t even been happening. Honorable mention- the gap that is between the AC and the wall are literally covered with tape.

    Overall good experience. But the supposedly free cable package is horrible. At first it was great. Then it was changed and the new one leaves out CBS NBC ABC AND FOX!!! The four free over the air channels!!! Plus to top it off no ESPN channels!!! That needs to change!
