Common areas and yards were poorly maintained and management did not hold residents to standards. I maintained my own yard and common areas even though it was apart of the leasing agreement that they would maintain it, along with pest control. House itself is decent but small. New management team along with the receptionists are unprofessional and beyond lazy. Looking for a great place to live... not here!

If you try to claim a case with housing at Bliss, don't waste your time, they are in cahoots with them since they use to be a provider to Bliss housing. They are a corporation and it's no way in hell to reach a human deal with them.
