  We had a great experience working with Rafael throughout the entire process of getting our Unit. He was extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to answer any questions we had. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us find the right place. Excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  I was out comparing apartments when I came across La Jolla Apartments. As soon as I walked into the office, I noticed how clean and welcoming it was. Rafael was very kind, professional, and made us feel right at home. He even gave us a welcome gift during the tour. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for—I loved it and signed on the spot! Highly recommend!

  Muy agradable para vivir área de juegos y la lavandería muy limpia . Ambiente muy respetuoso y amables los vecinos. Departamentos limpios y siempre te atienden. Rafael de la Administración atiende muy bien . Me atendió y me dió el recorrido muy amable, me explicó y me ayudó con todas mis dudas . Recomendable

  The team is super nice and helpful. I love the location, super close to my job. Easy access to i10 and the 375 loop. The rents are really affordable. I will definitely recommend it here and be renewing my contract soon.

  I’ve been living in my apartment for about a month now, and the experience has been wonderful. Rafael is truly one of a kind—when I first stopped by for information on a Wednesday, I had the keys to my new place by Friday. I love that the community is pet-friendly, and the doggy station makes it quick and easy to clean up after my dog. My apartment features granite countertops and some great upgrades, which I really appreciate. There’s also plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. Another thing I’ve noticed is how well the property is maintained—there’s always someone on-site keeping everything clean and in great condition. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. Definitely check out La Jolla!
