One thing that has concerned me during my time here is what appears to be overcrowding in some of the apartment buildings. From my observations, it often seems like multiple adults and children are living in units that appear too small for that many occupants. While I don’t know the details of anyone’s lease, it has raised questions for me about whether occupancy, parkings policies are being consistently enforced. I also felt that the leasing process moved very quickly in my case, which left me wondering how thoroughly applications and lease requirements are reviewed. Combined with the amount of activity around some of the buildings, it has made me question whether management is consistently enforcing the community’s rules. This is simply my personal experience and observations, but I think prospective residents should be aware of these concerns.

The grounds are well kept, and the maintenance staff and leasing office staff are pleasant and courteous, BUT now the owner has decided to not allow grills, right before summer, that 75% of the residents have had for years and one of the main reasons we decided to move here because we could grill out in the comfort of our home! On top of that restriction the owner has disallowed outdoor privacy curtains and the retractable patio blinds so the property can look uniform! But this is a selective restriction as many tenured residents still have their drapes on their patio and many grills are still visible. Essentially we loose our privacy even with the high rent we pay here so the property owner can have uniformity, but no privacy and no grill seems to only be for a select set of residents. A word of advice if you are considering moving here is to keep these controlling limitations in mind, and a long list of other restrictions that if you violate you will be charged an additional $300 a year extra in rent, as the property owners have become dictators that restrict fun summer past times and privacy!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! No assigned parking, tents own multiple cars for instance my neighbor(s) Water is allocated and they don’t manage the number for tents in one home again! My neighbors cause lack of water supply in my apartment for 3 ppl there is never water in the morning or at night when everyone gets home from work. Include the water to maintenance the landscaping! Water bill is outrageous! Mold build up!!! Wow they have two pools (smallest pools ever)

Visited family and there was only one entrance/exit for the entire complex within business hours. This is not acceptable for elderly residents coming onto a high-traffic exit. Also not ideal for kids having to get to the schools behind the apartments.

Let’s talk water… the water bill. It is consistently very expensive, yet the water pressure inside the apartments is extremely poor. There are times when barely any water comes out of the faucets or shower, which is frustrating considering how much residents are charged. Meanwhile, the landscaping is watered frequently, and it feels like residents are paying for excessive irrigation while receiving poor water service in their own homes. Based on my experience, this is something future renters should be aware of before signing a lease.
