  I've lived here for almost a year and I've definitely enjoyed it. The one thing with me moving and being a mother with children is that I wanted us to be in a "safe environment" and "feel safe" and I can say that I've definitely have felt that since living here in the community. My children get to enjoy the park that is attached to the community without have to go so far and I get to enjoy my daily walks because of the walking trail that is at the park and on the property of the apartment complex, which could use some cleaning but overall the trail is nice and very "nature like" lol. The office managers are very helpful and nice. I haven't had a probably with maintenance and my request being resolved, they're very timely, unless it's something out of there control and they have to request parts or etc. I love that its quite and my neighbors are very "easy-going" and helpful.   I want to start by saying that the apartment itself was comfortable to live in, and I generally enjoyed the community and location during my time there. However, my experience with the management during move-out was extremely disappointing. Before moving out, I submitted the required notice two months in advance, even though my lease was ending. Later, the office claimed there was “no record” of my notice in their system, which resulted in me being charged for additional months. I ended up paying around $2,000 extra because of their internal issue. Another problem involved the AT&T internet account. The internet setup was originally handled through the apartment, and monthly payments were included through the apartment billing system. After I moved out, AT&T contacted me asking for equipment returns that I never personally received or managed. The apartment refused to help locate the equipment and shifted all responsibility onto me, claiming it was entirely my own account. Since I was already out of state, it was impossible for me to go back in person to deal with this. Communication from management was also very poor — messages were often ignored or responded to slowly. So while the property itself was a pleasant place to live, the move-out process and management support left a very negative final impression. I would strongly recommend future tenants keep written records of all notices and communications.

  My move in experience started off a bit rough but no fault to the staff, the leasing staff QUICKLY came to my rescue. I have absolutely no complaints thus far. Complex is quiet, neighbors seem quiet and polite and maintenance has been very helpful and kind. I feel safe. So far so good.

  I’ve been living here for over a year and have had a great experience. Office staff is kind, empathetic, and hears you out. Emergency maintenance is also really timely and helps quickly. I just renewed my lease because it’s so family friendly and they have made strides to update and clean when needed. Grateful to live here.
