- AAAngelMay 3, 20261.0I moved here in 2023 never ever been late paying my rent we have an awesome new property manager however the security gates have been broken since I moved here all you get is excuses and complaints land on deaf ears people are coming from all over the place dumping hazardous materials, propane tanks, furniture, you name it they leave it here. This is a serious accident waiting to happen. One of the seniors over here is going to get seriously hurt. I fear one of these propane tanks with the heat is going to explode. No one takes me serious when I complain so corporate would rather risk someone getting seriously hurt or just purchasing a new gate They continue to raise the rent every year. We just got a new pool installed, which is awesome. However, the Security to me is priority first we used to have a security officer that lived here that now has ceased. The gates are wide open. I’m afraid to go out at night when it’s dark, but companies never are proactive. They are reactive after something seriously happens that could’ve been avoided.
