- AAAngelMay 3, 20261.0I moved here in 2023 never ever been late paying my rent we have an awesome new property manager however the security gates have been broken since I moved here all you get is excuses and complaints land on deaf ears people are coming from all over the place dumping hazardous materials, propane tanks, furniture, you name it they leave it here. This is a serious accident waiting to happen. One of the seniors over here is going to get seriously hurt. I fear one of these propane tanks with the heat is going to explode. No one takes me serious when I complain so corporate would rather risk someone getting seriously hurt or just purchasing a new gate They continue to raise the rent every year. We just got a new pool installed, which is awesome. However, the Security to me is priority first we used to have a security officer that lived here that now has ceased. The gates are wide open. I’m afraid to go out at night when it’s dark, but companies never are proactive. They are reactive after something seriously happens that could’ve been avoided.

After six months I noticed that I had mice in the apartment. I notified management several times of the issue. They sent maintenence a couple times but the issue was never resolved. I was still dealing with mouse poop. My biggest complaint about this place is you have management that are not on the same page. The secretary says one thing, the manager says another. The day I moved out the last manager quit. They got a new one in not sure what the issue was, but it couldn't have been too good. The new manager seems a bit cocky. I think they really enjoy dealing with senior citizens, easy money!! Not enough time or space to go into detail, but I lost some money over people not knowing their jobs!! I would think twice about renting.
