  I had a great experience with Olivia She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Olivia took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Her communication and customer service really stood out, I truly appreciated her help.

  Get prepared to pay a ridiculous amount of money for "luxury apartments" that A. Has a roach problem (literally see roaches in the hallway and outside on the stairs) and B. That you will actually never be able to park even remotely CLOSE to your apartment, and C an AC that can't keep up with their "luxury and modern tall ceilings." You would think if you are paying more for an apartment that you at the very LEAST would fix the parking or lower the rent. I have friends paying $300 less than I am and have none of these issues. Not only that, when I moved in the staff forgot to send me the email to pay my fees after signing the lease, so I was almost not able to move in on the day I was supposed to. And forget the amenities, I've been here since December and I still don't have access to them because I work when the office is open and leasing staff is never there if I try to go after 5 pm. If it wasn't almost 6k to end this lease early I would already be gone. Pros- most of the time the neighbors are really great. The appliances are good. The view of Unicorn Lake. Other than that, i truly do not recommend the Urban Square. You can go to multiple other complexes nearby in this area (THERE ARE LOTS OF THEM) that charge you less money for the same square footage and you can actually park at your building. Also without the risk of any visitors you have getting towed and being charged $300.
