The Lorimer does a horrible job with the security of the building as well as enforcing the quiet hours. The gates and front doors are always unlocked, this gives almost anyone access to the building and it makes residents feel unsafe. This complex has a huge noise problem, especially when it comes from the pool. The walls and windows that face the pool are extremely thin, so residents can hear almost everything that comes from outside. Apparently the pool hours are from 10am to 10pm, but no one from the office has reminded or reinforced this rule. There are always loud voices and noises coming from residents at the pool super late in the night, and it disturbs other residents.
