- AAAmondrea1 day ago5.0I have been living in a 4x4 floor plan here for almost a year and just renewed my lease. The property management team, especially Aryana, made the move-in process seamless. The in-unit washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances are great, and the maintenance team always responds to requests within 24 hours. Love the walkability to UNT and the fact that it's a very pet-friendly community. The noise level is minimal, and the fitness center is never too crowded. Highly recommend!
