  ** Update** In response to your reply—Mark, just take accountability for once!! As someone else pointed out on another bad review on here: you DO NOT seem to take accountability EVER or accept responsibility for your terrible mistakes! You FAILED at your job no matter how you word it. My leaving a BAD REVIEW is not weaponizing the google review feature but rather utilizing it for what it’s intended for: to give one’s own experience of a business: good, bad or UGLY and boy oh boy was dealing with you the ugliest most ghastly thing I’ve ever experienced in my professional life. Landlords beware! Mark’s negligence completely derailed my rental business and has cost me tens of thousands. He recommended a tenant he claimed was properly screened. After the situation unraveled, I conducted my own screening and discovered the tenant had multiple prior evictions on her record — information that should have been caught upfront. He uses Zillow which is an entry level platform that anyone can use. He told me that Zillow background and credit screening’s are not very thorough and that he uses his own “professional background check sites”—well why then was this NOT DONE MARK?! As a result, I’ve lost months of unpaid rent to a professional squatter, am in the throws of trying to evict her, and have to hire an attorney to clean up a mess that was entirely avoidable if he had done his job correctly. On top of that, his business acumen is flat out awful, not to mention he’s forgetful as he routinely fails to return calls or texts. This level of incompetence is unacceptable when people’s livelihoods are on the line. Do not trust him with your rental property. Learn from my mistake and run!

  Terrible property manager. Had to fire after a few months months. Save yourself the hassle and pay for a quality property manager. After the first month, he stopped answering phone calls. Always said he would get things done, then every time I would follow up, they were never done. Very frustrating
