- BCBen CarltonOct 7, 20265.0We had a great experience at Paces Crossing. After a very bad experience with another rental company in Denton we came and toured a unit at Paces Crossing. The difference was night and day from the moment we came into the leasing at Paces Crossing. Martin at the front desk gave us a tour and walked us through the application process and we moved in within 24 hrs. The amenities are just as pictured online and other residents seem happy and interact well with staff which was not the case at the other rental company. What a relief to have found Paces Crossing!

You’d get more compassion and understanding, especially during a pandemic, from a wet sock. Keep looking. You can do better.
