- BSBolaji SubairSep 28, 20265.0Midtown has been really great to stay at. I love the roommate matching and how quick and efficient management is. Definitely recommend.
- DFdavid fakunleSep 18, 20265.0Amazing community, rooms are perfectly sized. The staff at the front desk are very cool
- ABAle briseñoSep 18, 20263.0The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance has been pretty good overall, although the elevator in Building 1 hasn’t worked since the first week of classes, which has been frustrating. The amenities are very nice and well maintained. I probably wouldn’t choose to do roommate matching again. Very close to UNT campus!
- VEVictoria echevarriaSep 15, 20265.0I met alex at the UNT market days and he was so sweet and knowledgeable about the property. I’m waiting for leasing to begin for August to apply but I can’t wait!
- MGMary GalloSep 14, 20265.0Choosing Midtown is an easy YES! I’ll definitely be recommending to others! Alex was the best and made signing a lease so easy. Now I’ll be renewing for this year as soon as I can. For those who have any maintenance complaints haven’t met Jesus, he’s great!
