Disappointed in the poor communication that this establishment has. My girlfriend currently resides in this spot, and has been very vocal for a YEAR straight regarding her dog. It had taken them approximately that long for them to finally come to a resolution with her seemingly having to beg and plead for response on wether she can take her dog with her or not. She has gotten her dog registered as an emotional support dog, has valid proof to display that the dog is registered. Called them to make sure it was ok to bring the dog and what necessary steps were further needed. They've informed her that she can still bring the dog without any extra details or steps. But upon bringing the dog she receives an email stating she has a charge, even though she was informed after MULTIPLE check-ins. that she was allowed to bring the dog and to follow the steps later. So currently she is trying to communicate yet AGAIN for the millionth time. Only to be brought to an AI assistant and only then to a real human. She has been going back and forth with these people for so long and all she's trying to do is have her emotional support dog by her side. But it seems she can't even do that without so much miscommunication on this establishments end. Highly disappointed with this, as I do not enjoy seeing her this frustrated.
I just moved in here and it had been nothing but problems. We made reports and no one has shown up. I have mold in my closet and ended up being hospitalized finding out I have a life threatening allergy to the mold and now I can’t even stay In my apartment. Also we were told when the people were supposed to come and not a single person has. I am beyond disappointed and angry.

they let me live with a drug addict after providing evidence of his disgusting behaviour and multiple calls to the police about this. i had lived alone in a unit and i got no heads up until i was woken up to them banging on my door saying that he was moving in.
finally got fed up and moved out because he torched his door and broke his window while being high on god knows what. the staff are not helpful and if anyone tried to help, they are explicitly told not to. i spent about 6 months trying to legally get out of my lease and was met with several road blocks. please find somewhere else to go, the apartments are not worth the price or your sanity. i went months not being able to use the shared living spaces or the kitchen, having to keep my cat in my room because my roommate refused to lock or even close doors. drugs and moldy food were left out everywhere creating a severely unsafe living situation for me and my cat. i hate that i wasted my money on these apartments and i'm glad i'm gone. please choose any other apartment to stay at, the staff don't care and show no empathy despite what situation you are in. take the negative reviews seriously. the positive ones are almost always done because of an incentive given from the front office. they know this plave sucks and try to hide it.
here are some of the photos i showed the front office (that sheet of fabric was mine but it had blood on it so i didn't take it with me)
this is just a fraction of what i had to deal with with
I am writing this review on behalf of a family member. Do not live at this place because they will not address serious issues. There is a tenant there that is jeopardizing the safety of my family member due to his aggressive and unstable behavior. Multiple wellness checks have been sent for this erratic tenant and the police have been called once when the offending tenant was physically threatening my family member. They gave the offending tenant an eviction notice, yet the tenant is still there refusing to move out and facing no consequences. This is a tragedy waiting to happen and leasing management of this apartment complex will never take an ounce of responsibility for being complicit.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I am writing on behalf of my brother who is a UNT student and apartment resident. My brother's roommate has been consistently erratic, aggressive, violent, and unstable. Leasing management has been informed of the behavior of my brother's roommate repeatedly. They are making excuse after excuse to delay moving this roommate out. They have already called the police once because this roommate had a violent outburst and has destroyed property. I am so concerned of my brother's safety and I find it so horrifying that this place is run by people who do not care about their own residents. WILL IT TAKE A PERSON TO GET SEVERELY INJURED FOR MANAGEMENT TO FINALLY TAKE ACTION?!?!? OR WILL IT TAKE SEVERE PROPERTY DAMAGE FOR ACTION TO BE INITIATED?!?!?! Yes you have served the roommate an eviction notice, but now he needs to be forcibly removed. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF FAIR HOUSING ACT DUE TO HOSTILE HARRASSMENT FROM THIS SPECIFIC ROOMMATE AS HE HAS MADE THREATS TO HARM MY BROTHER!
