  over my almost two years of living here id give it a total of two stars. the staff and maintenance is amazing, yet when it comes to it the apartment sucks. the first year of us living here the dishwasher did not work, nor did the ice machine in the fridge. I cannot count how many times the laundry drawers have broken. I did not account for my toilet exploding, yall heard me right. the pipe burst when i flushed and my entire room flooded. it took them 45 min to send someone as i watched my entire room go under. they sent some big fans but i have severe asthma, the chance on mold was extremely high. not to mention our year long ant issue that took us A YEAR to fix. mind you no compensation for that incident. as well as my room in general was the HOTTEST and the ac broke twice when i tried putting it any lower than 70 so i would be sweating in my own room. its outrageous the things this complex has put me through. id go somewhere where i know what im paying for is what im getting, 900$ essentially a month for this is bullshit

  My personal experience with Gateway has been fairly great, as the issues I’ve come in contact with have not been at the expense of the staff or the property itself. To start, I must highlight the front desk staff, particularly Lauren, for their wonderful customer service, patience, and sense of urgency when helping residents.They’re all very kind and helpful, but Lauren’s work ethic, personality, and love for what she does is evident when catering to residents and Gateway duties in general. Next, I must applaud the maintenance staff, as those men are quick to respond to maintenance entries, quick to fix maintenance requests, and are very thorough with what they do. Lastly, this complex does so much for its residents. All of the resident appreciation events, free food, giveaways, etc makes it a lot easier to love a complex who clearly loves its residents. Thank you, Gateway, for making my first experience living in an apartment such a wonderful one!

  I’ve been living here for a year, and I’m so glad I made the decision to move to Gateway. It truly feels like my home away from home. I feel safe in the neighborhood, it’s conveniently located, and I enjoy the variety of amenities offered; my favorite being the 24/7 gym. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’ve had a positive experience here.

  I've been living at gateway for about a year and it has been such a fun experience. Not only is it close to campus, there are a lot of engaging activities to do in our free time. The amenities here are especially nice! 10/10 would recommend!!!

  finally after almost 7 six months of living here and 2 months left on my lease (which is weird because they know school ends in may but they make you sign through july …) , i can say its been pretty decent. staff is really nice and maintenance was pretty quick when it came to fixing whatever issues i had. only thing i’ll say is, try your hardest to move in with people you know!!!!! roommate matching isn’t accurate at all because they’ll say they’re clean/neat just like you …. but come to find out, of course they genuinely aren’t lolll so the gamble of that isn’t worth it at all!! because that will genuinely dictate your stay here! other than that my stay would’ve been a 9/10 lolll
